Key Takeaways
- Ghost Sims in The Sims 4 can engage in Transcendent Woohoo anywhere, from showers to trash cans.
- The Transcendent Woohoo power is unlocked immediately and costs one occult power point.
- Sims can get freaky in unexpected locations like the mailbox, fridge, podium, and even top secret documents.
One of the biggest features added in The Sims 4: Life And Death is a complete ghost rework. Ghosts are now fully fledged occult Sims who have their own special powers and abilities. These powers range from spooky to sweet, but one of them in particular is a bit spicy.

The Sims 4: Life And Death – All Festivals, Ranked
There’s joy in everything, even death. These festivals prove it.
Ghosts with the Transcendent Woohoo ability have the ability to Woohoo almost anywhere. Anywhere. They will embrace their lover and temporarily turn them into ghosts in order to fly into an object. These locations range from obvious to totally bizarre, but they’re all fantastic. These are the best Woohoo locations for ghost Sims.
10 Shower
Improve Upon Perfection
Transcendent Woohoo is possible in the shower. This is hilarious as the shower is a regular Woohoo spot. For those Sims who want to take a typical Woohoo spot to the next level, try out the Transcendent Woohoo in the shower.
This ghost power is unlockable immedately after becoming a ghost, giving even the newest ghosts a chance to get freaky with it. It only costs one occult power point, and is considered neither good nor bad. That way, both good and evil ghosts can do the Woohoo.
9 Mailbox
Is This Mail Fraud?
Sims have been complaining about getting weird stuff in the mail, but this is ridiculous. The mailbox is a Woohoo spot that any household would have, making it perfect for a quick romp before work.
Speaking of households, Ravenwood comes with a premade ghost/human household that is perfect to test out the Transcendent Woohoo power. Kai and Ekade Aether were happily married before Kai’s sudden death. Unfortunately, Kai is still in denial about his death. Maybe players can help him come to terms with his new powers by providing a very interesting power.
8 Fridge
Chill Out Guys
If your Sims want to keep cool while getting steamy, the Fridge is the best place to score a little action. Like the mailbox, most Sims will have a fridge to hop into, making it very convenient.

The Sims 4: Life & Death – Guide To Crypts
Are you looking for someplace to nap? To Woohoo? To explore? To get to work? Crypts are your one-stop shop.
If you’re looking to quickly turn a Sim into a ghost, the fridge might come in handy. One of the quickest way to cause a Sim death is by feeding them bad Pufferfish Nagiri. This can be made by Sims with little to no cooking skills; just be sure to grab the recipe from San Musheno.
7 Trashcan
Trashy Kind Of Love
Not every Sim is heavy on the romance. Sometimes you just need to have a quick Woohoo, get it out of your system, and move on. Maybe they’ve finally hooked up with that office rival, or perhaps love just isn’t their thing. For those ghost Sims? There’s the trash can.
You can Transcendent Woohoo in trash cans. This wouldn’t be the first disgusting Woohoo spot invented – that would be the dumpster in Eco Living. But this is the first time a Woohoo spot has been physically inside the trashcan’s walls. Wild.
6 Podium
Speak Your Truth
Being a widow or widower can be very hard. It’s some small comfort that deceased Sim spouses can become ghosts. Who says that love has to die after death? If your Sim is holding a funeral for a loved one and that loved one walks through the door, they can hop right into the podium for some loving.
Podiums are the main object for a lot of funeral interactions, so it’s useful that it can also double as a Transcendent Woohoo spot. Just make sure you dismiss the mourners first.
5 Bonfire
Hunka-Hunka Burning Love
Even death can’t erase the burning passion some Sims have for each other. Maybe you have Lovestruck and their dynamics are just too Steamy, or maybe they’re just like that. For those Gomez and Morticias in your game, the bonfire is ready for that Transcendent Woohoo.
It seems like the bonfire can only be used for Transcendent Woohoo, so there’s no need to worry about uncomfortable burns. The new lunar festival has bonfires focus prominently in the celebration, so perhaps your Sims can use them for their own celebration.
4 Karaoke Machine
I Am Gonna Write You A Love Song
Woohooing in electronics doesn’t seem like it’d be the most comfortable thing in the world. It sounds like a recipe for getting shocked, and not in a good way. But for those who want to risk it, the easiest Transcendent Woohoo electrical spot is the karaoke machine.
Most karaoke machines in the world are already placed in private rooms, so there’s no need to worry. Unless Nancy Landgraab wanders in mid-session. But at least ghost Sims have plenty of powers to scare away unwanted and unwelcome visitors.
3 Public Benches
Ew, You Don’t Know Where That’s Been!
This one is somehow weirder than the trash can. Ghost Sims can’t Transcendent Woohoo in most furniture. I guess using a bed for Transcendent Woohoo would be a bit extra. But you know what they can use? Couches. And you know what is considered a couch by the game? Public benches.
Anyone who’s lived in a city can tell you that Woohooing on a public bench is about the worst choice you can make. But, hey, one of the Sims is already dead. What’s the worst that could happen?
2 Top Secret Documents
That’s Classified, Private
If you have Strangerville installed, Sims can visit the [REDACTED] Laboratory in search of evidence to solve the Strangerville mystery. This evidence can take many forms, with one of them being a pile of documents.

We all need some way to make those high walls in Ravenwood look full, right?
It is in fact possible to Transcendent Woohoo within these top secret documents. If your Sims are in the middle of a vast government conspiracy but really want some alone time, the [REDACTED] Laboratory has them covered (for some reason).
1 Priceless Historical Artifacts
Up Close And Personal To History
Sims who can use Transcendent Woohoo can use it anywhere – and we do mean anywhere. For those who want to be a public with their love, visits to local museums might be a fun trip.
There’s no penalty to hopping into things like priceless artifacts at the Von Haunt estate. Just hop (float?) over the red ropes and get down to business. Don’t worry – Transcendent Woohoo doesn’t harm any of the objects possessed. Your Sims won’t be getting any bills for historical restoration costs.
