Sauro-Vet's Dilemma Quest In Genshin Impact (It's Not Much, But It's A Start... Achievement)

Saurian is a common companion for the people of Natlan in Genshin Impact, so it’s not weird that a Saurian-Vet is a specific job there. There are many quests that will mention this occupation, like the Stones, Coconuts, and Saurian Traffickers quest in Genshin Impact where Qax will go to fetch a vet for his Tepetlisaur friend.

Players can meet one of these Saurian-Vet in the Sauro-Vet’s Dilemma quest in Genshin Impact, where a lady looks like she’s having trouble with a Qucusaur.

Sauro-Vet’s Dilemma Quest In Genshin Impact

To trigger the Sauro-Vet’s Dilemma quest in Genshin Impact, go to the wooden platform right east of the Flower-Feather Clan area. Upon being close enough, there will be a blue exclamation mark on the map, indicating a nearby quest. For more reference, the mission is located north of the Tenebrous Papilla boss in Genshin Impact.

There, players will see a lady being attacked by a Qucusaur. Help her calm the Saurian by beating the creature in a fight, and the Qucusaur will run away. The lady, Mazkal, will explain the situation, and the protagonist will offer assistance by having their Saurian companion handle the situation.

How To Catch up with Kururuk In Sauro-Vet’s Dilemma Quest

As Kururuk runs away after the fight, players must catch up with Kururuk while controlling their Saurian companion. To successfully catch up with Kururuk in Genshin Impact, burrow into the ground using the Tepetlisaur skill, then climb up the pillar to approach Kururuk.

The Qucusaur will flee, so players must catch up further. To do so, enter the Molten Fissures to quickly reach where Qucusaur landed. Unfortunately, the second time the Little One approaches, Kururuk will run away again.

This time, walk forward a little bit, and some Phlogiston platforms will appear. Keep walking until one platform descends. Stand still and wait for the platform to move to another Molten Fissure. Enter the Molten Fissure to reach Kururuk who’s now under some stone rubbles. Destroy the stone rubbles on Kururuk to free the Qucusaur.

Should You Give Kururuk Medicine of Superior Taste or Greater Efficacy?

Now that Kururuk is helpless, players can give the creature their medicine. Travelers are free to choose either Medicine of Superior Taste or Medicine of Greater Efficacy. The ending will remain the same, but some steps will be different.

Medicine of Greater Efficacy

Kururuk will get mad and players must calm it down again in a fight.

Medicine of Superior Taste

There’s not much response, so players have two more options: to give it the other medicine, or to leave the Qucusaur be. Giving it the other medicine will lead to a fight, whereas the other option won’t.
