With much discussion around Misty decks, one Reddit user, 3Questionmarks__, figured out to just what extent the card is broken, and they found it can result in a win rate of over 90 percent.
3Quetionmarks analyzed 281 Pokemon TCG Pocket battles, in which they played Misty in 211 of them. As a general rule, they found that any match in which a Misty flipped at least a single head resulted in an 83 percent win rate. This rose all the way to 91 percent if lady luck shone on their side, blessing them with three or more heads.

Flipping a head with the first Misty card played is, of course, the most optimum route to victory, with 3Questionmarks finding an 80 percent, 88 percent, and 94 percent win rate for one, two, or three heads flipped, respectively. It leaves the virtual TCG in a tricky spot.
