Invincibility cheat

GTA money cheat

As of the time of writing, there’s no GTA money cheat. This applies to both the GTA 5 campaign and GTA Online – when it comes to instantly earning money, there’s no way to add to your bank balance using traditional cheats.

That being said, we have curated a list of how to make money in GTA Online quickly, if you aren’t sure what you can do to increase that balance.

How to use GTA 5 cheats and console commands

There are a couple of ways to enter GTA 5 cheat codes on the PC version, depending on whether you prefer a keyboard and mouse setup or a controller. If you’re using a keyboard, it’s as easy as pressing the key to the left of 1 on your keyboard (¬ in the UK or ~ on a US keyboard). This will display a pop-up window where you can manually type in the GTA 5 cheat code you want to activate.

Alternatively, you can use the in-game cell phone menu, which is more convenient for those using a controller. Open the cell phone by pressing ‘up’ on your controller’s D-pad or the up arrow key on your keyboard. Select ‘contacts’ from the cell phone’s menu, and open the dial pad. You can key in the cheat’s corresponding phone number code from here. The numbers are just ‘1-999-’ followed by numbers corresponding to the phone dial pad code. For example, ‘1-999-7246-545-537’ spells out the invincibility code ‘1-999-PAINKILLER’.
