Fallout 76 has come an incredibly long way since its infamous November 2018 launch. The last six years of updates have continued to slowly make Fallout 76 the game fans always wanted it to be, with NPC questlines, weapons, Vaults, iconic factions, boss fights, and more all being added to the game in that time.
Six years after launch, Fallout 76 is about to release its Season 19 update, continuing the developers’ long trend of adding worthwhile content to the multiplayer game. Titled “Gleaming Depths: The Scientific Forge,” Fallout 76 Season 19 will add a new raid, a ton of new cosmetics, and a feature fans have waited years for, and it all begins its roll-out on December 3.

Fallout 76 Season 19 Adds The Gleaming Depths Raid
Already available for quite some time on Fallout 76‘s Public Test Server, Season 19 is adding the Gleaming Depths raid for all players. For those who haven’t already played it in the PTS, Gleaming Depths is a challenging four-player raid that sees players explore an underground Enclave facility. Along the way, players will encounter Mole Miners, mutated beasts, robotic sentries, zombie-like Enclave soldiers, and the serpentine Ultracite Terror, which is more than twice the size of the Scorched Queen.
Fallout 76‘s Gleaming Depths raid requires teamwork more so than any raid that’s come before it, with each of the raid’s five stages needing teams to split up to complete objectives efficiently. Completing this challenging raid will reward players with some of Fallout 76‘s new 4-star legendary weapons and armor.
Fallout 76 Season 19 Adds C.A.M.P. Pets
A feature many fans have been asking for since launch, Fallout 76‘s Season 19 update will finally bring pets to the game. At Season 19’s December 3 launch, players will be able to purchase two different types of pet for their C.A.M.P.; a White German Shepherd and a Bombay Cat. Once obtained, these pets reside within the player’s base, in a similar fashion to Fallout 76‘s allies. Players will be able to craft little pieces of apparel for their pets, as well as obtain pet-specific items of furniture.

Along with having a prominent role in Fallout 76‘s Gleaming Depths raid, the Enclave will be the main source of inspiration for Season 19’s new cosmetics, objects, and weapon. Players will be able to unlock a shoulder-mounted Tesla Cannon weapon and a wearable Enclave Lab Coat. Those subscribed to Fallout 1st will also be able to unlock a M.O.D.U.S. Terminal Vending Machine, an Enclave Grill Cooking Station, an Enclave Hazmat Paint, and a Plasma Core Recharger, which means the player won’t need to waste Caps on new Plasma Cores.
