New Call of Duty Skin Lets You Play As a Shark

This new skin is a great example, but other instances are Call of Duty maps like Sandbox, which transformed Modern Warfare 3 into a playground and players into toy soldiers.


G’Day Bait is one of many skins that sparks a greater debate about what the fans want out of the series. Controversial Call of Duty skins tend to make the fan base question the series’ true identity at this point. After so many releases that emphasize dramatic, gritty depictions of war, the series embracing abstract looks championed by live service titles like Fortnite has naturally been met with defenders and detractors. With skins like this drawing in so much attention, though, they are unlikely to go anywhere.
