Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 1 Leak Reveals Godzilla And Baymax

Fortnite’s next big chapter is right around the corner, as the ongoing Chapter 2 Remix will end on December 1 after a big Juice WRLD concert. After that, Chapter 6 will finally kick off, but despite being a matter of days away, we still don’t know much about it. There have been plenty of rumors, such as a potential Godzilla collaboration and a theme all about Japanese mythology, but no concrete details have been released. Until today, that is.

As has happened multiple times in the past, the key art for Chapter 6, Season 1 was leaked on Twitter ahead of the start date, shared by various Fortnite insiders and dataminers. This key art was first leaked by dataminers called ResetzFtw and SamLeakss, before going on to be shared by one of the biggest Fortnite insiders out there in Hypex. You can see the art for yourself below.

Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 1 Leak Reveals Godzilla And Baymax

For starters, you’ll probably notice the massive Godzilla emerging from the clouds in the background, confirming that it will be coming to the island in one way or another, whether it be as an event or some other way. You can also see Baymax in his red armor in the distance, flying alongside all the other characters, so a Big Hero 6 collaboration has also been practically confirmed.

Each of the characters also appear to be donned in fairly stereotypical ninja and samurai outfits, so along with the massive Godzilla in the background, that also confirms that Chapter 6’s theme is all Japanese. On top of all that, it appears as though pet backblings may be making a return, while this also looks to be teasing katana melee weapons, and it looks as though hope has a new skin too. Quite a lot to be gleaned from that one image, and we should find out a bit more over the coming days.
