There are 63 total dishes in Pokemon Sleep, and many of them won’t be available to make until you sink some time into the game. Some ingredients are only carried by certain Pokemon, so make sure to befriend as many different species of Pokemon as you can.

If you don’t have Pokemon that can get you some of the finer ingredients in life, then focus on what you’ve got. Each time you make a dish, it will increase your experience for it, and it will progressively level up. Higher levels mean higher Dish Strength, which increases Snorlax’s power when you feed him.

When making a basic recipe like Fancy Apple Juice or Simple Chowder,
add in a few surplus ingredients
to make the dish stronger and
level up faster
.


As you keep playing Pokemon Sleep, you will be able to expand the space in your cooking pot, and the amount of storage you have for ingredients. Make sure to use your Diamonds and Dream Shards to increase your cooking pot and ingredient storage any time you can. Some recipes will need a ton of space in order to make them, like Jigglypuff’s Fruity Flan, which needs a whopping 55 ingredients!
