Chasca Best Weapons Build In Genshin Impact

Chasca Best Weapons Build In Genshin Impact

Compared with the early days of Mondstadt and its medieval setting, not many people would’ve expected Genshin Impact to have flying guns in the future. However, Chasca brings just that to the table, being a multi-element DPS who loves to hog the field time for herself.

Here are the best characters with the highest damage showcase numbers in Genshin Impact!

As impressive as her pistol might be, the stats it gets are still based on the default weapon. You may not be seeing the weapon in action often, but that doesn’t mean you can put just anything on her. Being a Charged Attack DPS that requires rainbow teams, how you build Chasca can be confusing. Here are the best options for Chasca’s weapons to have her six-shot every boss in Genshin Impact.

9 Chain Breaker

Synergistic With Chasca, Not Synergistic With Her Teams

The Chain Breaker bow in Genshin Impact.

Natlan’s own craftable option is, unfortunately, the worst of any other region for Chasca. However, despite failing to meet the standards set by others, it’s still a solid option that synergizes directly with Chasca, especially if you’re not using her with Bennett.

The passive grants you ATK percent depending on allied Natlan characters or characters with different elements. Since Chasca would always want different elements on her team, she’s one of the characters who this bow suits the best. The only reason other options end up being better is because Chasca has a lot of ways to gain ATK, especially through Bennett.

8 Hamayumi

Generally Good For Charged Attack Users

The Hamayumi bow's description page in Genshin Impact.

Inazuma’s craftable bow has long been one of the best free-to-play weapons for Charged Attack users such as Ganyu or Lyney, and while it can synergize well with Chasca, giving her a CA DMG Bonus of 24 percent (just short of the Scion of the Blazing Sun’s 28 percent), this bonus isn’t as good due to the ATK percent substat.

However, the weapon’s damage can double when Chasca has her energy full, and at 48 percent, this weapon is a significant upgrade over many other options. Unfortunately, most Chasca teams cannot generate enough energy to have this work every rotation, and intentionally not using her Elemental Burst to make use of this passive still results in a DPS loss due to the superb damage her Burst deals.

7 Song Of Stillness

Works Only With Furina

Song of Stillness in Genshin Impact with description.

Song of Stillness is one of Fontaine’s craftable weapons with a passive built around the HP-drain mechanic. While Chasca herself cannot manipulate her HP, since her best teams all have Furina, this weapon is worth mentioning.

The weapon has an unremarkable ATK percent sub stat but provides the owner with a very competitive 32 percent DMG Bonus at R5 upon being healed, putting it among the likes of Scion of the Blazing Son and Flower-Wreather Feathers in terms of DPS alone. However, since this weapon is locked to Chasca-Furina teams, it won’t make sense for it to be ranked any further.

6 Scion Of The Blazing Sun

Best Four-Star For Single Target Content

Scion of the Blazing Sun in Genshin Impact's Battle Pass.

Being one of Genshin Impact’s BP weapons, Scion of the Blazing Sun stands between the F2P and paid categories. It deals a separate instance of ATK DMG that, while nice, certainly isn’t significant enough to make the weapon any good. However, the passive that follows increases the attacker’s Charged Attack damage by 28 percent, just eight percent less than Chasca’s semi-signature Flower-Wreather Feathers!=.

There are certain other problems with this weapon, though. First, the CRIT Rate main stat can often be wasted on Chasca due to how much CRIT she gets by default. The weapon also only works on one enemy at a time and can have timing issues with multi-wave content. However, if you’re against Genshin Impact’s scariest bosses, the weapon is a very decent alternative to five-star options, dealing about the same damage even as early as getting the R2.

5 Flower-Wreathed Feathers

Highest Charged ATK Multiplier For A Four-Star

The Flower-Wreathed Feathers bow in Genshin Impact.

The four-star bow released alongside Chasca fits her aesthetic perfectly and grants her a buff to her gliding stamina consumption. The first passive aside, the bow feels tailor-made for Chasca, working as a discount version of her signature that you can get by pulling for her weapon, even if you don’t succeed.

Whether looking to make Nahida a DPS or Support, these are the best weapons you can equip her with.

The weapon buffs your Charged Attack damage by how long you charge it, giving Chasca a more than good 36 percent DMG Multiplier if she charged for six seconds. While the ATK substat isn’t the best, this weapon can comfortably perform similarly to other five-star options, apart from Chasca’s signature. At R5, Flower-Wreather Feathers often becomes an even better fit than said five-star options!

4 Thundering Pulse

Good CRIT DMG, Nothing Else

The Thundering Pulse bow's description in Genshin Impact.

Unlike many other characters, most of the weapons you see don’t necessarily synergize well with Chasca. In fact, most of her five-star options don’t play into her kit at all, instead functioning as stat sticks that help her round out her base attributes.

You can use the Thundering Pulse to increase the damage of Chasca’s tap E. However, the damage is so bad that even if you do this, it won’t be a decent attack.

Thundering Pulse, Yoimiya’s signature weapon, has a very beneficial CRIT DMG substat. While not the highest in the game, it still adds to Chasca’s damage. It also provides her with a significant 20 percent ATK Bonus on top of the already relatively higher Base ATK provided by five-star weapons. Unfortunately, since the passive only buffs Normal Attack damage, it doesn’t benefit Chasca at all since she uses her special Charged Attack instead.

3 The First Great Magic

Good CRIT DMG And Some ATK

Genshin Impact's stat page featuring Lyney With The First Great Magic Bow.

Lyney’s signature functions as another stat stick, but one of the better ones in the game. It has CRIT DMG substat, though a lower one than Astral Vulture’s Crimson Plumage and even Aqua Simulacra. It also has a fairly decent stat passive, giving Chasca 16 percent Charged Attack damage.

The character equipping this weapon counts themselves in the passive as well, so it does give Chasca the first 16 percent ATK Bonus. This makes The First Great Magic slightly better than Thundering Pulse.

However, there are certain problems with Chasca’s synergy with The First Great Magic. The weapon rewards you with bonus ATK for putting characters of the same element in the team as the wielder. This makes the weapon have a strong stat line but an almost completely useless passive, though the Movement Speed Bonus does help you fly even quicker.

2 Aqua Simulacra

Amazing Purely For Its Substat

Genshin Impact's stat page with Aqua Simulacra and its description.

Yelan‘s signature might seem niche at first due to its HP percent passive, but its absurdly good CRIT DMG substat makes it a premier option for any DPS who uses a bow. Furthermore, it also provides a passive that grants you a DMG Bonus for being close to enemies!

Additionally, since it’s fairly easy to reach 100 percent CRIT Rate with Chasca, not only does a good CRIT DMG weapon save you from overcapping on CRIT, but since she CRITS more often, the stat ends up providing more damage to Chasca than other DPS units in Genshin.

1 Astral Vulture’s Crimson Plumage

Fits Her Like A Pinion To A Bird

Chasca doesn’t have many weapons that synergize well with her kit, which makes her signature leagues better than any other five-star option. It grants Chasca CRIT DMG, a stat she desperately needs due to her getting passive CRIT Rate from Ascensions, and also grants a good ATK buff.

Furthermore, after triggering Swirl (something Chasca will do very often, even if you don’t try to aim for it), it gives Chasca a huge flat DMG Bonus to both her Elemental Burst and her Charged Attack. This weapon grants Chasca everything she needs under specific conditions. However, these conditions are things you’d already want to do with Chasca, such as having allies with different elements on your team. Overall, even compared to other five-star options, putting Chasca on her signature results in around 30 percent more damage.
