Quick Links
Camellya is one of the strongest DPS units in Wuthering Waves, but you’ll need to grind the ascension materials and get her to level 90 to make her viable for end-game content. However, that’s easier said than done, as you’ll need a lot of resources, and it will take you a week’s worth of grinding to collect all of them.
Luckily Camellya’s resources aren’t too spread out, so the amount of running you’ll have to do much less than some of the other characters. If you did pull Camellya or are considering getting her, here are the ascension materials you’ll need to upgrade her to the maximum level.

Here’s how you can get access to all of the key materials for Camellya:
Nova
Nova is a local speciality of the Black Shores you can find spread across the region. However, you’ll have to finish the story quest Chapter 1 Act 8: To The Shore’s End to access the full region.
There’s an upper section called
Black Shores Archipelago
and a lower section called
Tethy’s Deep
. Most of the Nova is located in the latter, while the former holds a couple of them.
Topological Confinement
Topological Confinement is a drop from the boss Fallacy of No Return. This enemy can be accessed after you complete Chapter 1 Act 8: To The Shore’s End.
You’ll need
60 Waveplates per run
and the drop amount will change depending on your Union Level.
Whisperin Core
The Whisperin Core materials can be farmed by defeating various non-human enemies such as Autopuppet Scout, Carapace, Aero Predator, Electro Predator, Glacio Prism, Havoc Prism, and Clang Bang.
These
enemies are spread all across the map
and are the easiest to collect among all the required materials.
Camellya Forte Materials
Once you have leveled up Camellya, you’ll need to upgrade her Forte to further improve her damage output. The Forte leveling is tied to character level, where you can’t go beyond a certain cap unless the unit has been ascended.
Because of this, it is recommended that you first take Camellya to level 90 or at least level 80, and then start upgrading her Forte.
Once you are ready, here are all the materials you’ll need to upgrade Camellya’s Forte:
- Inert Metallic Drip
- Reactive Metallic Drip
- Polarized Metallic Drip
- Heterized Metallic Drip
- Dreamless Feather
You can farm thesdrip items easily from the Forgery Challenge Flaming Remnant. This can be found in the Sea of Flames, one of the major locations in Huanglong on the left-hand side of the map.
The Dreamless Feather that drops from the weekly boss Statue of the Crownless: Heart. You’ll need to finish Chapter 1: Act 6 of the Main Quest to unlock it. Additionally, you can farm it only three times per week.
You’ll also need access to the Whisperin Core mob materials, which can be farmed the exact same way as mentioned in the previous section.
