Dr Disrespect Hints That He's Leaving YouTube To Stream On Rumble

Key Takeaways

  • Earlier this year, Dr Disrespect confirmed that he was banned from Twitch for messaging a minor.
  • Since then, Guy Beahm has lost most of his sponsorships, been demonetized on YouTube, and fired from his gaming studio.
  • It seems that the disgraced streamer has found a new platform, as he’s recently teased a move to Rumble, which is known for being “immune to cancel culture”.

Following his demonetization on YouTube after confirming that he was banned from Twitch for inappropriately messaging a minor, Dr Disrespect has teased that he’s moving to Rumble to stream.

As it always is, 2024 has been a controversial year when it comes to streamers, influencers, and YouTube personalities. Undeniably the biggest example of this is Guy Beahm, better known as Dr Disrespect, who confirmed in a now-deleted tweet that he was banned from Twitch in 2020 after using the Whisper app to inappropriately message a minor.

Since the initial report came out and was confirmed by Beahm himself, the streamer has lost almost all of his partners, gotten fired from his own gaming studio, and even been demonetized by YouTube, his primary avenue for streaming. Despite all of this, he’s seemed confident that he’ll find another platform to stream on, and has even recently teased a big return.

Dr Disrespect Is Seemingly Moving To Rumble

A few weeks ago, Beahm confirmed during a Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 stream that YouTube had denied his request for monetization on his videos, before teasing that he had something “much much bigger” in the works. It seems that opportunity has somehow stuck, as his most recent stream of Arena Breakout ended in a tease for his comeback.

As highlighted by Dexerto, Dr Disrespect’s latest stream ended with a short clip of him losing signal and cutting to static. After a few seconds of wobbly footage, a message pops up saying “Connection Restored”, hinting that he’s coming back to streaming for good. Just before the message flashes away, it glows green, the primary colour of Rumble, suggesting he’s moving there.

For those that don’t know what Rumble is, it’s a streaming platform similar to Kick that’s known for being “immune to cancel culture” and features the likes of Russell Brand, Rudy Giuliani, and Andrew Tate. All excellent company, as you can imagine, and they all make it clear why Disrespect is choosing to start streaming there.

To back up the tease in the stream, Dexerto points out that Disrespect recently made a Rumble account and that all signs point to him starting streaming there. Rumble CEO Chris Pavlovski also seemed to tease Beahm joining the platform, as just a few days ago he tweeted, “Get ready for next week, the new era on Rumble starts to take shape. Big creator incoming”.
