The Venatori cult is a major villain organization in Dragon Age: The Veilguard. Thirsty for power, they’re happy to support the elven gods despite their blighted nature and anti-elven biases.
But while the Venatori are focused on aiding the blighted gods, they still have time to spare on petty grudges. You can start the Dragon Age: The Veilguard quest “Out of Tune” after the Siege of Weisshaupt by reading the notice board south of the Wharf Crossing South beacon.

Where to Find the Investigation Points in the Cobbled Swan
The notice you read to start this quest mentions the Cobbled Swan, so keep going south to investigate the tavern. You can find a note on the stage with some useful information, but the investigation point you need to find is on a table to the left of the stage. It’s the one covered in wine goblets, which one of your companions will connect to the Venatori.
The next investigation point is a pair of wine bottles in the weeds out in front of the tavern. After that, inspect a bloodstain a short distance to the east. A trail of blood leads down the stairs to two more investigation points:
- A damaged instrument leaning against a large platform.
- A pack that holds a note to the right of the platform.
These clues point to Aula’s Lookout, a different area in Dock Town. You can follow the quest marker north, or you can use a fast-travel beacon to go straight there. Once you reach the Lookout, you can inspect several more clues.
- Climb up the wooden platforms to find a campfire that’s still warm.
- Jump down the stone platforms to find a dead Venatori cultist.
- Enter the cave to find a note on a bedroll that mentions a bar named The Garden.
Where to Find the Buskers
The Garden overlooks the main dockyard, but Rook suggests approaching from the rooftops to avoid any traps. These are the same rooftops you used to reach the dockyard during Neve’s first mission. The best place to start this approach is from the Central Market beacon. Along the way, you’ll run into three Venatori cultists, a fight you should have no trouble handling.
Inside The Garden, you can investigate a mug, but you’ll mainly want to speak to Ambrosius, who’s standing in front of several kegs on the bar. He’ll let you down into the secret room where the buskers are hiding.
Head down the ladder and speak to the busker standing front and center to complete this quest, which will net you 500 XP, 300 gold, 2 Royal Elfroots, and +100 Shadow Dragons Strength. This room also holds a Memento worth 50 Caretaker Power and a small chest with an item inside.
