In terms of character writing, excitement, and just about every other aspect of storytelling, the Wano War was quite close to the Paramount War. In fact, when taking the whole arc into the picture, Wano has, for many people, surpassed even Marineford, but the water in itself might not be classified as big as the Paramount War.

The Paramount War ended with the death of Whitebeard and Ace, and at the same time, Blackbeard started his rise to the path of becoming an Emperor. Meanwhile, the Wano war ended with the defeat of Kaido and Big Mom, and two new Emperors in Luffy and Buggy appearing. Clearly, these wars were stunning in what they had to offer, but, neither was the biggest war in One Piece.

The upcoming War in One Piece is going to start sooner than fans would imagine. As fans know, the upcoming war is going to be against the World Government and the rulers of the world. This war is likely going to result in the Great War as well, which is something that even Whitebeard predicted around the time of the Summit War. The basis for the upcoming war has been established in the story already. As fans know, the Revolutionary Army recently attacked the Holy Land of Marijoa, and there, set fire to the symbol of the Celestial Dragons, burned down their granaries, freed the slaves, and most importantly, laid siege to the Holy Land. With that, now, the World Government is forced to act and they certainly will.

As it was clarified by Dragon himself, the World Government will send down the Holy Knights, which, until recently, were led by none other than Saint Garling Figarland. The Revolutionary Army is preparing for an all-out war, and this war is going to be of tremendous scale.

Now, it might seem to fans that this war will be limited to a battle between the Revolutionary Army and the Holy Knights. However, when the Holy Knights mobilize, so will the Marines, the military face of the Government. This war is certainly not going to be small, even if the beginning of it is, and it will only fan an even bigger event that is likely going to result in the Great War of One Piece. This is precisely what is going to make the Final Saga of One Piece special, as Oda himself claimed that he has incredible plans for it.

As fans know, Oda famously stated long ago that Marineford is not even going to be the biggest war in One Piece and that he has something much bigger planned for the Final Saga. The Final Saga is upon the fans right now, and the war against their Revolutionary Army is about to begin.
