Accumulating money becomes increasingly important as you progress through Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl. Even if you want to prep for an expedition into the toxic wastelands and want to purchase essential items like medkits, bandages, ammo, food, or even invest in weapon upgrades, they all come at a cost. Players spend money faster in Stalker 2 compared to earning it, but this can change by following the tips below to earn money fast.

Stalker 2: How To Get A Great Scoped Assault Rifle (Valik Lummox’s AKM-74S)
Players can find several powerful weapons in Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl early on, including a great scoped Assault Rifle called Valik Lummox’s AKM.
Completing Side Missions from NPCs
While progressing through the game, players will interact with several NPC who’ll ask for Skiff’s help with an errand in Stalker 2. These short side missions are easy to find and complete, and will fetch you some nice cash.
However, do note that some side missions disappear after completing a particular story mission. So, make sure you’ve completed all the available side quests before starting a main mission.
Selling Weapons & Gear Found In The World
After infiltrating an enemy hideout or completing a mission, players will be able to loot the bodies of enemies and gather a bunch of used weapons. Although most of the weapons will be in damaged condition, they still fetch a decent penny at the trader.
Simply gather all the weapons and gear you find in the world, head over to the trader, and drop all the guns and gear into the “Sell” box. You’ll find guns and gear lying around frequently and setting them up will help you make money fast in Stalker 2.
Selling Useless Artifacts
Artifacts are one of the most valuable items in Stalker 2 and sell for a high value to traders. Players will be able to stumble upon artifacts in various anomalous fields, sometimes marked with a question mark symbol (?) on the map.
Heading into an anomalous field and equipping the echo detector will start your search to hone in on an artifact. After finding the artifact, if its radiation side effects outweigh the benefits, you can sell it to any of the traders for a nice profit.
Use Infinite Money Glitch
Another way to make money fast in Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl is through the infinite money glitch. Players can use various types of ammo with high quantities to sell to the trader, get the funds for it, but revert it back into their inventory.
This is a newly discovered method of making huge amounts of money in the game, but may soon be patched by the developers. So, players should at least try it out if they want before it’s gone.
