The most likely reason for this decision is to add the PC version of Bully to GTA+. A few months ago, Rockstar added Bully’s Scholarship Edition to GTA+, but this did not include the PC version, as only console and mobile ports are included in the service. However, Rockstar recently revealed that PC players will get access to the contents of GTA+ soon, which may be motivating these changes.


Bully Could Be Getting a New Update Ahead of GTA+ Support
