As expected, the next arc of Boruto: Two Blue Vortex is going to be held in the village of Sunagakure, where exciting combat is going to be taking place and that is precisely what the upcoming Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 17 is going to be focused on. With a major fight against the likes of the Shinju brewing, as well as Boruto and Kawaki’s team up on the horizon, fans cannot be more excited about what is to come in this ongoing arc of Boruto.
Team 7 Engages Matsuri And Ryu in Boruto: TBV Chapter 17
- Konohamaru Leads Team 7 And Sand To Fight The Shinju
- The Shinju Show Their Powers
Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 17 will most definitely see the attack of the Shinju on the Land of Wind. As fans know, Matsuri and Ryu left for the village in an attempt to target the Kazekage. Of course, the village has also taken precautions already by informing Konoha of what is to happen, which led to Shikamaru sending Team 7 to the rescue. Now, Konohamaru, Sarada, and Mitsuki, are in the country, which means that a battle is about to take place here.
There they are! Just as we were told! – Konohamaru
In the previous chapter of Boruto, fans saw that the Shinju, two of which are currently on the way to attack the Kazekage, stepped foot in the country of wind. However, given that they have already been noticed, it is highly likely that the team from Konoha is going to intercept them. As such, the upcoming chapter will mark the beginning of an exciting battle in the Land of Wind. It must be noted that the duo of Matsuri and Ryu form a very powerful enemy, and it will be very difficult for the Konoha team to take them down. But, they must not be underestimated.
After the timeskip, they have all learned new abilities, and this is their chance to impress. For instance, fans already know that Mitsuki possesses tremendous power, especially when he goes all out with his Sage Mode. On top of that, Mitsuki already has a rivalry brewing with Shinki, which could make the battle with Ryu very exciting.
Similarly, Sarada Uchiha, who is one of the main characters of the story, has her chance now to shine greatly in battle. Fans already know that Sarada has the power of the Mangekyo Sharingan, but has hardly gotten the opportunity to utilize this power properly. Now is Sarada’s time to show what she’s truly capable of, and shock the fans in the battle against the Shinju. Most importantly, fans know that Konohamaru, who has been a large disappointment in the vast majority of the Boruto series, also has his opportunities to shine in this battle. He is set to fight against Matsuri, which makes sense, given that he is her target, and at the same time, he is stronger than the other ninjas. This means that the duo of Sarada and Mitsuki could combine in battle with the Sand ninjas, making it an exciting battle vs one Shinju.
Jura And Hidari Return To Konoha
Jura Is Expected To Set Out To Konoha Soon
While the focus of Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 17 is likely to be the duo of Ryu and Matsuri, that doesn’t mean the other Shinju won’t be in the picture. As was hinted at in the previous chapter, Jura and Hidari are also going to be on the move, although they are not to threaten Konoha. That said, they might pass by and if they do, Kashin Koji strictly advised Shikamaru that they should be treated as regular people and not antagonized. This was quite strange, and certainly seemed like an odd request, but, given that he has already done what Kashin Koji asked him to do in regards to sending ninjas to Sunagakure, he will most likely comply with this demand as well. This means that Jura and Hidari could visit Konoha once again, and once they do, the village will likely treat them like normal people.
If he comes to a bookshop, treat him as your number 1 customer. – Kashin Koji
However, this is where things get interesting because not everyone is going to be aware of the plan, and certainly, even among those who would be aware, not all would be willing to comply. For instance, if Kawaki finds out that a member of the Shinju has infiltrated the village and is seeking to threaten them, he is most likely not going to sit by and watch them walk about. Of course, the battle would then be transported outside of the village, given that Jura does not want to destroy it and has taken an interest in the culture of the village.

Boruto Manga Sets Up A Massive Team 7 Fight
Team 7 will fight some powerful enemies in Boruto TBV. The Shinju will make for a hard fight.
Regardless, Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 17 could see this battle begin as well. Or, it is possible that the author will finish with the battle in Sunagakure first, and then throw some light on the battle that could potentially take place in Konoha. In that case, fans could see Jura and Hidari prepare for the next attack without actually taking action, in the upcoming chapter of the Boruto series. Either way, fans are incredibly excited about what the Shinju are planning next, and how it affects the Boruto series as a whole. This is going to be the first major battle in Boruto that could result in life-and-death scenarios, and hopefully, it will live up to all expectations.
Boruto And Kawaki Figure Out Their Strategy
Boruto and Kawaki Will Jump Back Into Action
The previous chapter of Boruto had very limited involvement from the likes of Boruto and Kawaki. That essentially means that the upcoming chapter will most likely feature them. As fans know, Boruto and Kawaki have joined hands, which means that they plan to take down the Shinju, and their strategy should take effect soon. Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 17 should focus on them, and possibly see them come up with a good strategy to oppose the Shinju. Most importantly, fans know that as Kawaki is, he cannot oppose the Shinju. He has limiters placed on him by Amado, so the first thing that he needs to do is get those limiters removed.
This implies that Kawaki and Boruto could be headed towards Amado in Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 17, and have the limiters forcefully removed. If Amado’s life is threatened, he will most likely go on to remove the limiters, and when that happens, Kawaki will attain a new level of strength that could put him neck and neck with Boruto Uzumaki. Following his getting stronger, he will then be ready to tackle the threat of the Shinju.
Boruto is available to read via Viz Media. The series can be read by the fans officially and for free on the Shonen Jump and the Manga Plus app. The release date for the next chapter of Boruto, Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 17, is set to be December 20, 2024.
