The story takes place decades after the Necroa Virus almost wiped out humanity. If you are familiar with Plague Inc., you will recognize this virus. In that game, you had to infect the world with different diseases, and Necroa Virus was one of them, which turned almost all humans into zombies.
In this game, however, you have to do the exact opposite. Instead of spreading viruses and bringing an end to humanity, you must save it and rebuild civilization with the remaining survivors of the zombie apocalypse. You can explore a post-apocalyptic world, scavenge and harvest resources, exterminate zombie infestation, and more. I am going to give this game a try.
