My Hero Academia had certainly some well-designed villain costumes and Gentle Criminal’s outfit was eye-catching to many fans. He wasn’t charismatic during his normal life as a student and a part-timer, but as he evolved to a villain, his charisma and style evolved alongside it.

His outfit doesn’t really make him look like a villain at first glance, but instead resembles a gentleman. Like a classy man, he wears a purple muffler and gloves to match it. Gentle Criminal also wears a coat with a very long collar while holding a traditional cane in his hands.

Junko Enoshima

Danganronpa

One of the major reasons Junko Enoshima was able to fool everyone around herself was due to her cute looks. As she was a popular model, no one suspected her to be the mastermind behind some major crimes in the series.

She wears two hairpins on her pigtails, each donating one color of Monokuma. Her rolled-up black shirt complements her black boots and red mini-skirt. She also wears a loose white necktie with a red ribbon next to it to really highlight her sense of adorable fashion.

Queen Beryl

Sailor Moon

Queen Beryl nails her look as a Mistress of Evil and takes strong pride in her beauty. She wasn’t always a villain and neither did she dress boldly, when she was just a normal princess. Due to the resentment she felt over her unrequited love, both her personality and looks changed and she becomes a major adversary to Sailor Moon.

In the original anime version, Queen Beryl becomes Super Beryl, which changes her hair color to green and dress to red.

Queen Beryl is a beautiful lady, and her features are highlighted by the jewellery she wears including a Tiara, earrings, and a necklace. She wears a long-sleeveless purple dress, which has a striking contrast with her red hair.

Azami Nakiri dresses as elegantly as his ideals, even though they are in the wrong. His aim is to promote fine dining in the country of Japan and shut down all other smaller restaurants that he believes sell slop to their customers. Anything less than refined is not befitting him, whether it be clothes or food.

Azami Nakiri nails the gloomy look well, really highlighting the color black as he is dressed in the same color from head to toe. Yet his minimalistic appearance makes him appear that much more charismatic. His outfit comprises of black shoes, pants, coat, waistcoat and a shirt that matches his striped necktie.

Hunter X Hunter

Hisoka is one of the most charismatic villains in anime and even those who have not watched Hunter X Hunter are familiar with him. A lot of credit for that goes to his looks, other than his personality. His bloodlust is not very apparent in the way he dresses.

Hisoka had a total of four outfits in the Hunter x Hunter anime.

His appearance resembles that of a magician or clown, considering his face paint and the symbols on his shirt. While his outfits change multiple times during the series, his motif design stays the same. All of the fits he wears show his excellent sense of style, which usually consists of a crop top over a tight garment and loose pants.

Not only Doflamingo is one of the fiercest villains in One Piece, but he also knows how to fight in style. His bold looks complement his sadistic nature as a heartless villain. He may have lived a life of poverty, but not anymore, and his lavish clothing indicates that as well.

Doflamingo’s outfit is certainly very quirky, as he wears a pink-feathered jacket over his unbuttoned white shirt. He wears red-pattern shorts that complement the pink motif in his outfit. His sunglasses and the yellow earrings really bring out the gangster theme in his look.
