When is Black Friday 2024?
Black Friday always falls on the Friday after Thanksgiving, so for 2024 that means it will be on November 29th. This is later than usual, because of the fact that the first day of November is a Friday this year. Thanksgiving is always on the fourth Thursday of the month, and with there not being a Thursday until November 7th, Thanksgiving and Black Friday both end up being late.
When is Cyber Monday 2024?
Cyber Monday always falls on the next Monday after Black Friday. That means that this year it will take place on December 2nd. With Thanksgiving and Black Friday both being later this year, we have a rare example of Cyber Monday occurring in December.
How long does Black Friday last?
While the name may lead you to believe that this sales event lasts for just one day, Black Friday deals will often start popping up at the start of November, and sometimes even sooner. It’s essentially become a big long Black Friday month, and you’ll find some deals linger into the first week or so of December as well (and you’ll see more of this than usual this year too). It is worth noting, however, that the biggest deals are often saved for the Friday itself and the weekend that follows.

Returns and refunds: Check out the store’s returns and refund policy before you buy. That way, if you change your mind, you’ll know where you stand. During sales periods like Black Friday, retailers often have exceptions to their normal returns and refund policies.
Be wary of scams: As always, be vigilant. If a deal looks too good to be true – even at this time of year – it probably is.
