Along with having the final chapters of the manga, it will also contain a special 38-page epilogue. At the time of writing, fans can only read the epilogue by purchasing volume 42. My Hero Academia Volume 42 will release in Japanese on December 4, 2024. The English release is still a ways away, as Viz Media has yet to drop Volumes 40 and 41. So, My Hero Academia volume 42 will drop towards the end of 2025.
