My Hero Academia Volume 42 will release in Japanese on December 4, 2024. The English release is still a ways away, as Viz Media has yet to drop Volumes 40 and 41. So, My Hero Academia volume 42 will drop towards the end of 2025.

My Hero Academia publicly revealed many new projects to commemorate the conclusion of the series. An artbook was announced with the final chapter of the series. Initially, it was scheduled to be released in April 2025, but it was delayed to Q3 2025.

My Hero Academia also announced an art exhibition, which is set to be held at the Creative Museum Tokyo. The exhibition will begin on June 21, and it will conclude on August 31, 2025. My Hero Academia will also release a fanbook to celebrate the manga’s ending. It was scheduled to hit the market in January 2025, but it has been delayed to Q3 2025.


My Hero Academia is written by Hirokoshi Kohei. The manga was released in July 2014, and it came to an end in August 2024. My Hero Academia is among the few series that have sold 100 million copies, which goes to show how famous it is.
