How To Store Items In Your Inventory
Storing any fish (or other item) you’d like is easy: simply right-click the chosen fish either on your hotbar or in your backpack. You’ll know this has worked when you see a yellow outline appear around it with a star at the top.
This can also be done with any other items in your backpack, such as treasure maps or bait boxes. Once favorited, they will remain, even when exiting the game.
