Sooner or later, you will have to set up more than one village, and then you will have to gather more refugees to settle in those new villages. However, you can also transfer villagers from one of your existing villages to the new one.

As your population grows, their needs will also increase drastically. That’s when you should set up a new village and try to balance out the population between the two villages. However, it can be difficult to consistently find new refugees to become your villagers, especially when you’re trying to tackle the falling satisfaction level of your old village.

If you’re unable to find new refugees, you can simply transfer the villagers from your first village to the new one. Doing so will significantly reduce the consumption of goods, allowing the satisfaction level of the villagers to grow.

Transferring villagers from one village to the other one can be done by following these steps:

  • Open the Dynasty menu and switch to the Population tab.
  • Select the villager that you want to transfer.
  • Select the bed the villager is currently using.
  • Select the village that you want to assign the villager to.
  • Select the new bed for the villager in the new village.

As soon as you assign the villager to the other village, they will be automatically transferred to the new village and will be able to take on the jobs there. If you’ve built the dynasty storages in the other village, the residents of that village will be able to consume the goods from your collective storage, removing the need to set up new production facilities to fulfill the needs of the villagers.
