Stalker 2: How to Reach Zalissya Journalist’s Stash
The in-game map indicates that this Journalist’s Stash is in a wooden building in the northwest corner of Zalissya, and players should begin by navigating to that structure. While it is expected that the vast majority of readers will have already completed this step, the precise position of the building has been marked on the following maps for the sake of full clarity.
After traveling to the relevant building, players should move to its north exterior wall. Here, STALKER fans will find a blue truck, and they must get on top of it. This may be easier said than done, though, as there are only two ways to get onto the blue truck.
Specifically, fans of survival games can jump onto either the front-left or the front-right corner of the truck’s bumper and then jump onto its roof from there. If a player is struggling to land on one of the bumper’s corners, it is recommended that they take these actions:
- Stand a few paces in front of the truck’s passenger-side headlight.
- Hold forward, and quickly tap jump to land on the bumper.
Players who are still falling off the bumper should try tapping forward and jump simultaneously rather than holding the directional input.
After getting onto the bumper, players can jump onto the hood of the truck, then onto its roof, and finally onto the roof of the wooden building with the Journalist’s Stash. Fans of immersive open-world games should then walk to the west edge of the roof and drop to the elevated platform that is below them. This platform gives players access to the building’s attic, which they can enter by crouch-walking through the rectangular opening, and the Journalist’s Stash, which looks like a blue chest, is on the floor by the far wall.
