Constellations in Genshin Impact are important if players are looking to maximize a character they like. While Constellations mostly elevate characters and improve their limitations, they can sometimes be completely useless. In the case of Chasca, she’s an Anemo character who manipulates different elements and suffers from some limitations to keep her from being overpowered.
One of Chasca’s biggest negatives is having to team her up with three of four specific elements, which greatly limits her DPS. Even more, if you are looking to include Chasca in a Hyperbloom or a Burning team in Genshin Impact, you’ll have to include a Dendro unit in her team, which means losing a decent chunk of her DMG.

Are Chasca’s Constellations Worth It In Genshin Impact?
Yes, Chasca’s Constellations are worth it in Genshin Impact. Some of her Constellations negate her limitations while others add more DMG to her already strong kit. If you’re looking to invest in Chasca’s Constellations, go for C2 Chasca as the first two Cons completely negate her limitations.
C1 – Cylinder, the Restless Roulette
- Effect: When triggering the Passive Talent Bullet Trick’s Spiritbinding Conversion, the 2nd Shadowhunt Shell loaded into the cylinder will be additionally converted into a Shining Shadowhunt Shell. The chance to trigger Spiritbinding Conversion is increased: If there are party members who meet the Elemental Conversion Type requirements, the chance to trigger Spiritbinding Conversion is increased by 33.3%, up to a maximum of 100%. You must first unlock the Passive Talent Bullet Trick. In addition, Chasca’s Nightsoul point and Phlogiston’s consumption in her Nightsoul’s Blessing state decreased by 30% while out of combat.
- Importance: High
The effect of C1 Chasca increases her chances of loading an elemental bullet other than Anemo by around 33%. This means Chasca can be more versatile when it comes to building her team since you only need two characters of the four elements she scales with. You’re still losing a little DMG, but her first Constellation opens the door to include characters like Nahida or Xilonen, who can easily give more than what Chasca is losing.
C2 – Muzzle, the Searing Smoke
- Effect: When Chasca takes the field, she will obtain 1 stack of Spirit of the Radiant Shadow from the Passive Talent Bullet Trick. You must first unlock the Passive Talent Bullet Trick for this effect. In addition, when the Shining Shadowhunt Shells from Spirit Reins, Shadow Hunt’s Multitarget Fire hit opponents, they will deal AoE Elemental DMG of the corresponding Elemental Type of the Shining Shadowhunt Shells equal to 400% of Chasca’s ATK. This DMG is considered Charged Attack DMG. This effect can be triggered once each time Chasca uses Multitarget Fire.
- Importance: Priority
C2 Chasca’s passive effect finishes what C1 started. Now, Chasca doesn’t even lose DMG when paired with a character who doesn’t belong to the four elements she scales with. You can safely build Chasca’s team with two of the specific elements while reserving a place in the team for any character you want.
C4 – Sparks, the Sudden Shot
- Effect: When the Radiant Soulseeker Shells from Soul Reaper’s Fatal Round hit opponents, they will restore 1.5 Elemental Energy to Chasca, and deal AoE Elemental DMG of the corresponding Elemental Type of the Radiant Soulseeker Shells equal to 400% of Chasca’s ATK. This DMG is considered Charged Attack DMG. The aforementioned corresponding elemental AoE DMG effect can be triggered once each time Chasca uses Soul Reaper’s Fatal Round.
- Importance: Medium
Having C4 Chasca get her Elemental Burst back quicker isn’t really a game changer, since she doesn’t depend on it for DMG as much as she depends on her Elemental Skill, or Charged ATK to be specific. The nice thing about her fourth Constellation is adding a new attack that scales with her Charged ATK DMG, which is good for Chasca, but not when you’re spending a lot of Primogems on getting that C4.
C6 – Showdown, the Glory of Battle
- Effect: Chasca’s Multitarget Fire charge time is decreased, and after the Passive Talent Bullet Trick’s Spiritbinding Conversion is triggered, Chasca will gain the Fatal Rounds state: For the next 3s, the next time Chasca uses Spirit Reins, Shadow Hunt’s Multitarget Fire, the shots will finish charging instantly, and the CRIT DMG of that instance of Multitarget Fire increases by 120%. 1 Fatal Rounds effect can be gained once every 3s. You must first unlock the Passive Talent Bullet Trick to gain access to the above effect.
- Importance: Priority
C6 Chasca is a one-man army that’s capable of dealing an insane amount of DMG each time you press her Elemental Skill. With her C6 Constellation’s passive, Chasca instantly shoots enemies another time after she finishes her charging, buffing that shot by an extra 120% Crit DMG. For her fans who are looking to invest heavily in Chasca, her C6 is a big jump in DPS.
