How to Whisper in Roblox
To Whisper in Roblox, players just need to enter a message in the chat using a special command. But first of all, you need to know the nickname of the player you are going to send a private message to. To avoid misspellings, you should press the Tab key to open the list of players on the server. After you find the nickname you need, you need to enter the following command in the in-game chat:
- /w player’ nickname your messege
The /w command is what distinguishes your message from the usual one. By entering it, you let the chat know that you want to share something with a certain player on the server. Therefore, after the space, you must enter your friend’s nickname. Be careful to enter it correctly. After that, you can finally write the message you want to share. All you have to do is press Enter. And if you do everything correctly, then your private message will only be received by the player it was intended for.
It is important to note that there must be a space between the /w command, the player’s name, and your message. Otherwise, you will not be able to Whisper to your friend in Roblox.
