A Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 player was left confused after a plan spawns seemingly out of nowhere in the middle of Nuketown. Nuketown has been a popular map for many generations, but the Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 version has one strange issue.

Since the first Modern Warfare, Call of Duty players have been able to call in killstreak rewards like the UAV, Airstrike, and Attack Helicopter. While killstreaks have become scorestreaks recently, and many available rewards have been swapped over the years, the core idea remains the same. Players earn points from kills, assists, and playing the objective, with the score eventually accumulating to earn them a reward. Many of these involve plane assets, with Black Ops 6 featuring Napalm bombers, Watchdog Helos, Interceptors, Strategic Bombers, Chopper Gunners, Dreadnoughts, and HARP. One player has spotted a plane that seemed out of its element when it randomly materialized in the middle of Nuketown.

Why Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Players Can’t Miss Its Upcoming Hit List Event

Season one of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 still has a lot of content to give, and the upcoming Hit List event seems like an unmissable part of this.

Reddit user Anomli recently shared a clip in which they’re competing in a Domination Multiplayer match in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6‘s Nuketown. The clip begins with the player approaching the B Domination point in the middle of the map. The gamer slides toward the back of the open trailer, then throws a grenade towards the green house after scoping on its front door. Immediately as they throw a Semtex Grenade, a plane spawns right in front of the player, causing the Semtex to stick to the aircraft. The grenade explodes, causing a visual distortion for the player, but they don’t appear to be critically injured. As the screen returns to normal, the gamer steps back toward the B point to observe the plane which takes up a big chunk of the Nuketown map.

This Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Player Spotted a Grounded Plane in Nuketown

The clip concludes with the plane disappearing, which suggests that it was nothing more than a mysterious glitch. While it’s unclear what caused this plane to spawn in the middle of Nuketown, it doesn’t seem to be just a visual glitch, as the player’s grenade was able to stick to it. This plane appears to be the Dreadnought Black Ops 6 Scorestreak reward, which players can unlock once they’ve reached 1800 points. As some fans have pointed out, the Dreadnought could’ve accidentally appeared on the map instead of in the sky after a player activated it. This is just one of many players to spot a plane like this appearing in map locations, with another sharing a screenshot from Rewind in which the plane appears in the video store. Call of Duty: Warzone players have reported similar issues in the battle royale, which may suggest the issue is widespread.

Given that this suddenly appearing and vanishing plane seems to be the result of a glitch, it may be difficult for players to recreate this moment. As Treyarch continues to update Black Ops 6, this issue will likely be patched out in the future.
