Recently, Microsoft Gaming CEO Phil Spencer doubled down on claims that Halo and other Xbox exclusives could find homes on other platforms, including PlayStation. Although this has yet to happen, experiencing Halo through a Black Ops 6 lens is the closest PlayStation users might get until Microsoft makes an official decision on porting Halo titles to the Sony console. The Halo franchise has been featured in crossovers with other multiplatform games, like Fortnite and Minecraft, but Black Ops 6 would be a much bigger deal. When it comes to overall gameplay, Black Ops 6 and Halo are relatively close, at least by way of being fast-paced first-person shooters.
