Most of the big countries in this series have a multiracial and multicultural society where different races live together. However, most of these major countries are still led by human kings and queens, such as the Elfrieden Kingdom or the Gran Chaos Empire. That being said, there are still quite a few non-humans who lead their own countries. There’s the elf King from the Spirit Kingdom of Garlan, the mermaid Queen from the Nine-Headed Dragon Archipelago Union, and of course, the Demon Lord who rules over the Demon Lord’s Domain.
