A new Delta Force playtest is on the way, but not everyone is allowed in

Delta Force is almost here, and it could very well be the next big multiplayer FPS game. Team Jade’s tactical shooter brings together elements of games like Escape From Tarkov and Battlefield, and its most recent demo already proved incredibly popular. Now, one last technical test is coming ahead of launch, and you can sign up ahead of time. The only problem is, not everyone who applies will be able to play.

Even with the Delta Force release date so close, you have another chance to try the upcoming FPS game ahead of launch. Team Jade’s tactical blend of shooters was already a huge Steam Next Fest hit, and now you can opt in to try Delta Force one more time.

Team Jade has announced one final Delta Force technical test which will “offer an early experience of the new content coming very soon in the open beta,” including new operators, maps, vehicles, and game modes. The test is only available for players in the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand however, with a limited amount of spaces available.

The Delta Force technical test will also include monetization according to Team Jade – the studio says that Delta Coins will be available. “This test includes paid content. All purchased Delta Coins currency used during the test will be returned to your account when the PC open beta launches and will be available for use again.”

If you’re worried about any of the Delta Force bots you may have seen during the Steam demo, Team Jade has directly addressed those concerns. “Our tentative plan is to include some bots during low-peak periods or for beginner players,” game director Shadow Guo says. “However, we are still discussing this matter internally and we hope to provide a more definitive answer in the future.”
