The One Piece Card Game has consistently stayed up in the ranks of some of the most valuable card games since its inception and initial OP-01 Romance Dawn release. Cards were initially hard to get, and with tons of cards released early on that became staples, newer players had a hard time gathering the pieces for their favorite pirate decks.

One Piece Card Game: 10 Best Cards From OP08 Two Legends
OP08 Two Legends brought many strong cards to One Piece’s TCG, but if you’re looking for the best for your deck, check out these new additions.
With Premium Booster being the first reprint set in the game, players have been able to pick up some of these important cards, like Kuzan and Katakuri, and play the incredible game with their friends without an incomplete deck.
10
Otama
One Of The Most Important Red Cards
Otama has consistently been in just about every red deck since the inception of the One Piece Card Game. Even though it is a Land Of Wano card, it is incredibly generic as a 2,000 power counter or as a small power reducer.
Red has had other avenues to reduce characters’ power, and some even inside other archetypes that can be searched, but Otama remains a staple choice when selecting which 2,000 power counters to add. Otama hasn’t had a real reprint outside of regional placing promos, so this card is a welcome choice in Premium Booster.
9
Charlotte Katakuri
The Gatekeeper
This card was the gatekeeper of most yellow decks for a hot minute. Charlotte Katakuri’s removal effect was one of the best in the game, Sadly, the card was a Secret Rare and it hung around the $100 price tag for quite some time. This reprint was well deserved.
Even though Katakuri might be past its long and dominant prime, the card is still generic enough that a single good wave of yellow support can thrust it back into the limelight.
8
Gum-Gum Red Roc
The Best Removal In The Game
Red Roc is not primed for a reprint yey, but with the recent resurgence of OP-01 Doflamingo, Red-Roc can become a pricey card even though it’s a simple rare.

Make some sweet cash back, or get ready to shell out a pretty penny with some of the most valuable cards from OP08 Two Legends.
Red Roc quickly became one of the best pieces of removal when it was first released. There wasn’t much to do about those big and menacing 10-drop bodies like Charlotte Linlin. Even though most of these cards have game-changing effects as soon as they drop, if you manage to live a turn, Red Roc was a great out.
7
Eustass “Captain” Kid
Still A Menace After All These Sets
Eustass Kid was one of the biggest problems during the OP-01 meta. A pseudo-blocker, that is incredibly tough to break through was a hurdle that most decks needed to overcome. Not only is the character quite big in power, making it difficult to attack into it, Eustass Kid can play out a character for free, giving you another blocker to protect him.
In later sets, players even discovered the Eustass Kid and Donquixote Rosinante combo, that lets you protect your Supernova from removal effects as well as battle.
6
Sanji’s Pilaf
I Activate Pot Of Greed!
There’s a reason why Pot Of Greed is banned in modern Yu-Gi-Oh!. Drawing two cards is just too powerful. Sanji’s Pilaf is One Piece Card Game’s version of the smiling ornate vase. You might be asking why isn’t Pilaf banned? One Piece Card Game’s DON!! system adds an inherent cost to playing cards, making Sanji’s Pilaf a bit more balanced.
Not every blue deck will try to squeeze a Pilaf or two, but the card is extremely powerful, as two more cards in hand could be the decider of whether you live one more turn or not.
5
Izo
Green Players Fighting For Scraps In The 2,000 Counter Department
Most 2,000 counters offer versatility where you’ll be second-guessing yourself on whether you should trash it as a counter or pay its cost to be played. Green doesn’t have that luxury. Their counters are usually just that: fodder for defense.

Izo is usually the exception to the rule. Izo is one of the most flexible cards to use in just about any green deck. The card has had many reprints, but they are always attached to a type of regional promo of special Premium Bandai binder, so they’ve become hard to get.
4
Radical Beam!!
The Gold Standard Of Counter Events
Even through its short stint on the Banned and Restricted List, Radical Beam!! stayed at one copy in most decks that could play red Event cards. In a time where the most powerful decks were four-life decks, Radical Beam!! was an incredible counter Event for a cheap DON!! commitment.
The card is now off the list and can be played at multiple copies, but even at its maximum ratio, it hasn’t been seen in quite a while. The card is still excellent for red decks, and it is the gold standard for cheap counter Events.
3
Kuzan
Draw One And Cost Reduction
Draw power is one of the most important things in card games. With Kuzan, you will make up for the usual cost of discarding to use black’s powerful removal effects. This card remained one of the most expensive pieces, as it is an extremely generic black card that can also reduce the cost of other characters for easy removal.
This has been the only reprint of Kuzan so far in the One Piece Card Game. There has been one other print of the Admiral, but it was only awarded for top placing in a now out-of-season regional tournament.
2
Gecko Moria
Infinite Value Train
Another newer card on the list, this Gecko Moria reprint was bittersweet for many players. People on the receiving end of Gecko Moria have clamored to send this card into the Limited and Restricted List, as its effect made most black decks a nightmare to play against. As soon as Bandai announced that this card was coming in Premium Booster, all hope of it being banned was lost.
Even though its reprint was not urgent, it made black decks far more accessible to the public since most of them run four copies of the Thriller Bark Warlord.
1
Tsuru
Navy-Based 2,000 Counter
Just like Otama and Izo, Tsuru is one of the best 2,000 power counter for black decks in the game. Unlike the others, Tsuru did receive a bit of reprints, but mostly in Premium Bandai binders and Championship alternate arts.
With a simple effect to reduce one of your opponent’s characters by two, Tsuru has steadily been in just about any black deck with room for an extra 2,000 counter. Not only is the card extremely flexible, but combos with Rebecca or even Gecko Moria can turn this card in the trash into infinite value.
