Black Ops 6 Players Can't Miss Upcoming Hit List Event

The post-launch era of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 has really sprung to life with the recent release of its first in-game season on November 14, with players having a lot to enjoy and look forward to across its core multiplayer and Zombies modes. Like the seasons of past entries to the franchise, season one of BO6 has bolstered the game’s experiences and customization avenues through the introduction of many new maps, weapons, skins, and a wide-spanning battle pass.

While a lot of this fresh content was instantly made available in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 with the launch of season one, a lot of content is still set to be added in the coming weeks and around the time of the mid-season “Reloaded” milestone. Perhaps the most exciting of this upcoming content, at least for multiplayer, is the inbound Hit List event, which seems like the perfect way to spur players on to complete challenges and unlock some extremely attractive rewards. Some of the rewards from the Hit List event could go on to redefine the meta of Black Ops 6‘s multiplayer, meaning fans should not miss out on their opportunity to experience everything the event has to offer.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 6’s Hit List Event Contains Some Fantastic Rewards

In-game events have proven to add an excellent dynamic to Call of Duty‘s multiplayer experiences in recent years, with past titles often introducing long-spanning events tied to things like collaborations with other franchises. These events often give players a series of increasingly difficult challenges to complete during the event window, offering increasingly exciting rewards. These rewards tend to include things like weapon charms, blueprints, and even operator skins, and it seems like Black Ops 6 is aiming to one-up this with its own upcoming event debut.

The Hit List event for Black Ops 6 is estimated to launch around the time of the mid-season update in December, with it being confirmed that the event will give a range of contract-styled objectives for players to work towards. What makes this event so intriguing is how practical and eye-catching the rewards are tied to these challenges, which include a wide range of brand-new weapons and attachments for players to use.

One of the most eye-catching confirmed rewards from Black Ops 6‘s Hit List event is the Power Drill melee weapon, which will be the third dedicated melee option in the title alongside the Knife and Baseball Bat. As well as this, the Hit List event offers the Sirin 9MM as a brand-new specialty firearm, offering SMG characteristics while crucially belonging to the game’s secondary weapon classification.

Black Ops 6’s Hit List Attachment Rewards Could Re-Define Past Weapons

In terms of attachments, the Hit List event will also allow players to work towards the Buffer Weight Stock, which can be added to a wide range of the game’s firearms. The Hit List event also offers the Burst Fire Conversion attachment for the XM4 assault rifle, adding a new dynamic to one of the most powerful assault rifles in Black Ops 6. Another weapon-exclusive attachment is present within the Hit List event for the Kompact 92 SMG, with this effective close-quarters firearm also getting its own Burst Fire Conversion.

Post-launch weapons are already proving to be powerful must-have items in Black Ops 6, with the recently added Krig C assault rifle and SAUG SMG dominating the season one meta for the title. It seems likely that the new weapons and attachments tied to the Hit List event may have a similar impact on the game’s multiplayer dynamics, being one key reason that fans should not miss out on everything the upcoming event has to offer.
