Two brothers, one park.

In Paradise Lost, you’re tasked with revitalizing an ancient theme park lost to time. This park features several broken rides spread across multiple islands, and plenty of water that divides your park. To overcome these challenges, you’ll need to design around its unique features to attract guests. We’ll walk you through every objective so you can mark this scenario as complete in no time!

Paradise Lost Bronze Objectives

When you first start out at this park, it’s a little worse for wear. With a bit of patience and planning, you can get it up and running. your first steps are the repair broken down rides and add additional ones to entice guests to enter your park.

None of your guests will be able to enter the park until you repair the bridge at the entrance, though it’s not an objective.

Repair The Animal Coaster

There’s a large wooden coaster that’s unfinished. You’ll need to connect the track pieces using the edit function.

Start at the station and move along the track to see where the broken parts are. This will help you figure out how to best connect them so that the ride goes smoothly.

Remember to switch to different track pieces to speed up or slow down the cart as needed!

Once the coaster is complete, test it to ensure that the parameters are all good to go. Then, open the ride so your guests can enjoy it!

Build New Flat Rides

Next, you’ll need to build new flat rides to entertain the guests that aren’t interested in coasters. While you only need to build two rides, at least one of them needs to have a prestige rating of 250.

Premade rides are your best bet, as they are fully decorated with scenery!

Choose whichever rides you prefer, then place them in the park. Be sure to connect power to them and construct pathways so guests can reach them.

While there are several broken down rides in the park, including flat rides, they do not count towards this goal if you reopen them. You need to build new rides.

Design A Coaster

Lastly, you’ll need to design a custom coaster that meets a few requirements. It must have at least three inversions and an excitement rating of five.

The Crazy Mouse coaster is a great budget option for this!

While there are several premade coasters to choose from, not all of them will meet these requirements. When building, make sure to switch to the inversions tab to add loops, twists, and turns to your coaster.

Once it’s ready, test it out then open it to the public! You’ll earn your bronze badge for the scenario and be well on your way to rebuilding the park.

Paradise Lost Silver Objectives

To earn your silver badge, there’s more work to be done. Not only will you need to expand the park, but you’ll need to construct more rides and maintain them.

Expand Your Park

Your first task towards silver involves purchasing two more plots of land. You already have five, but you need seven. Open the park expansion menu and pick two plots for sale.

If money is tight, there are a couple of islands available for only $500, though they aren’t conveniently located.

Once you have the land, you can start building on it!

Build More Rides

Adding four new flat rides will take up space. Some attractions, like Resurgence, won’t take up too much room, but you’ll want to add variety in your park to attract more guests.

You’ll also need to build another coaster. This can be whichever coaster you like, but it needs to be at least 650 meters long.

You can check this in the completed coaster details, but when in doubt, drag it out!

Maintain Your Park

No matter which rides you choose, they need to be maintained by a mechanic. Overall, you’ll want to keep the average maintenance in your park above 80 percent.

Hire more mechanics and place staff buildings as needed to keep employees happy!

Keep an eye on each ride and use the staff schedule to arrange maintenance times as needed. Once the average score has been raised and your rides are operational, you’ll earn your silver badge!

Paradise Lost Gold Objectives

Now that your park is up and coming, it’s time to build even more attractions and focus on improving your profits.

Build New Coasters

Your goal is to build three new coasters, and you have free rein to pick which ones. The only requirement is that one of the coasters has a prestige score of at least 300, which can be achieved with scenery and maintenance.

Diversify your coasters to appeal to a wider audience, and use advertising campaigns to drw them in!

Increase Daily Profits

Increasing your daily income to $100,000 is tricky if you haven’t done it before, but once you get the hang of running your parks, it’s a snap. Place different shops down for your guests and add dynamic attraction prices to help generate more profits.

If you’re having trouble, you can also up your entry ticket prices or add a water park area to gain more ticket sales!

Once you reach this goal, you’ll receive the gold badge for this scenario and move on to the final set of objectives.

Paradise Lost Platinum Objectives

Building an Iron Claw ride in the park surrounded by water.

The final set of objectives will test your coaster building abilities. To start, you’ll need to add a new coaster that meets the following requirements:

  • Must be at least 1,000 meters in length.
  • Must have a nausea score of less than five.
  • Must have an excitement score of at least five.

Additionally, you’ll need to double your daily income to $200,000 a day. You’ll also need to raise your park ranking to four and a half stars. Thankfully, these two objectives go together!

Monitor what your guests think to keep the park clean and exciting, as this will help your rating. When guests are happy, they’re more willing to spend money, which will increase your profits.

With so many rides in the park, try adding priority passes to your most popular attractions to generate more revenue.

While you wait for your income to increase, you can finish the other rides that are broken, expand the park more, and design new coasters for guests to enjoy. There’s no limit to what you can do to reach your goals.

Once you’ve completed all of these objectives, you’ll earn the platinum badge and complete the scenario!
