Blue Lock facility brings some of the most talented strikers from all over Japan under the same roof, but very few are as gifted as Seishiro Nagi. At one point, he was a lazy and unmotivated teenager but that changed dramatically as he started competing with other players at the facility. Soon Nagi underwent a transformation and found himself competing to be the best in the world.
This is the first time I’ve felt like this, and in order for me to understand this frustration, I want to play football with this guy. I want to try to put in some effort.
As mentioned earlier, Nagi is a gifted footballer whose ball control is superior to almost everyone at Blue Lock. Seishiro has also demonstrated that he can enter the flow state and use multiple weapons together to score seemingly impossible goals. During the match against Bastard München, he scores what many describe as the goal of the century by performing a five-shot revolver fake volley. The goal is so beautiful that Jinpachi argues that it will never be recreated.
7 Oliver Aiku

Oliver Aiku wanted to become the best striker in the world from a young age but his dream was sabotaged by a lack of proper guidance. He eventually made up his mind that he would instead become the best defender in the world and successfully got into Italy’s Ubers, where he plays as a center-back. He is a skilled footballer who intelligently uses his understanding of a striker’s mindset to read the game and anticipate attacking moves.
People often liken Strikers as Robbers, and Defenders as Cops. So, on my watch, I ain’t letting no Robbers steal any goals.
Oliver is one of the few footballers gifted with metavision and the ability to enter the flow state at will. Furthermore, his spatial awareness and sharp reflexes make him an enigma for the opponents, leaving the strikers frustrated as he appears like an impenetrable wall that they can’t break through.
6 Gen Fukaku

Gin Gagamaru is a dedicated team man and reliable friend who unlike most players at Blue Lock is willing to put the team’s success over his personal goals selflessly. Although he joined Jinpachi’s project to become the best striker in the world, when the situation demanded he had no qualms in putting on the gloves and playing as a goalkeeper. It soon became evident that Gin had the natural reflexes and body for the role and he could prove to be a highly effective goalkeeper.

Gagamaru is gifted with ultra reflexes that allow him to perform last-second headers and unconventional movements on the field that are hard to anticipate. He is also quite flexible and has pushed himself to the extreme by scoring a Scorpion kick during a crucial match. Gin is also one of the few people in Blue Lock who eventually learn to enter the flow state consciously. In the Neo Egoist League, he plays for Germany’s Bastard München as a goalkeeper.
4 Kento Cho

Since Aryu is quite tall, he uses it to his advantage and positions himself smartly to intercept the ball before his opponents.

Aryu also jumps higher than most players at Blue Lock and, because of his height, easily receives long-range passes. This makes him extremely dangerous in the six-yard box. Furthermore, Jyubei employs his long-range to control the game and score goals from unexpected angles. He has also demonstrated that he can use his long limbs for defensive purposes when his team needs support.
