Miguel has all the abilities of Peter Parker, but he also reaps the benefit of incredible technology and has a tough attitude that makes him formidable in a fight. Miguel is a tough Spider-Man who uses every advantage he has to win a fight, making him a dangerous and powerful version of the character.

Though this Peter doesn’t have the symbiote power, it’s probably the strongest the character has ever been in video games on his own until this point.

In the original Marvel’s Spider-Man, Miles hadn’t yet got his powers, and in his own game, Miles was learning how to be a Spider-Man of his own. Now, in Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 Miles has come into his own and has become a fearsome and powerful iteration of the character more than capable of standing up to any threat.

One major reason for this is Miles’s incredible electricity and cloaking powers which have only gotten stronger in this most recent game. In addition to the normal Spider-Man abilities, Miles has the potential to be one of the strongest people in Marvel’s version of New York, more than capable of fighting off all threats, street-level, or extra-terrestrial.

Not only is Peter equipped with the black suit which gives him Venom-like abilities, but he is older, wiser, and equipped with even more high-tech options than before.

This makes Peter incredibly powerful, to the point where he becomes a threat when the symbiote suit begins to affect his mood and behavior. He’s shown to be capable of incredible amounts of carnage, making him probably the strongest version of Spider-Man seen in the games even if it’s a shame he’ll not get to face-off against other incredible enemies hinted at in the base game.
