Pokemon TCG Pocket players fight against the odds to get special cards by opening packs, and there’s no shortage of crazy theories on how to be lucky in that. But another way for them to increase their collections is through the Wonder Pick.
Pokemon TCG Pocket players unlock the Wonder Pick early on in the game, with the feature becoming available upon reaching level 2. With Wonder Pick in Pokemon TCG Pocket, they can grab a card that another player has obtained by opening a booster while consuming stamina, with two-star rarity cards costing four. Selections of cards with one star or four diamonds cost three, while those with three and two diamonds cost two and one stamina respectively.

Pokemon TCG Pocket Player Finds Wonder Pick With Rare Cards But Has Frustrating Surprise
Pokemon TCG Pocket currently has three different Lapras cards, two of which have a chance of coming by opening a Charizard booster pack. One of the cards is the one obtained by the OP, which is full-art and therefore has a rarity of one star, while the other is a Lapras card with a shiny border, and has a rarity of three diamonds. The third is the Lapras promotional EX card, which players can get at the current Pokemon TCG Pocket PvE event that ends on November 18.
Although Wonder Pick has only had the Meowth and Chansey card event, players can expect promising news in the coming weeks. A recent Pokemon TCG Pocket leak recently teased the arrival of new content and events, and one of them will be a new Wonder Pick for which players will have the chance to get an Arcanine EX card, which will be available with holo cards, including Ninetails, Charizard, and Moltres. Further details are not yet available, but if confirmed, the event will take place between November 22 and 28.
