Each year, Epcot at Walt Disney World comes alive with holiday magic during its Festival of the Holidays. With over 15 Holiday Kitchens to explore, guests can indulge in a variety of seasonal delights. Presented by AdventHealth, the Epcot International Festival of the Holidays offers heartwarming holiday recipes from around the world. This year, Disney is introducing exciting new dishes for visitors to enjoy as they journey through Epcot’s World Showcase.

At the Mexico Holiday Kitchen, guests can savor the new Empanada de Pollo, a fried corn tortilla filled with chipotle chicken and potatoes, topped with chile rojo salsa, crema Mexicana, and queso fresco. For cocktail enthusiasts, the new Holiday Margarita, also found at the Mexico booth, is a must-try. Crafted with Dos Hombres Mezcal, tequila, cranberry lime juice, allspice, and orange blackcurrant liqueurs, this festive drink offers a perfect blend of seasonal flavors to complement the holiday celebration. This latest announcement comes after Disneyland announced its new holiday treats coming to the California theme parks.
