How To Get Custom Loadouts in Call Of Duty: Warzone

How To Get Custom Loadouts in Call Of Duty: Warzone

Call of Duty: Warzone launches players onto a large battlefield, where they can fight to be the last team standing in Battle Royale and Resurgence modes, or race to collect the most cash in Plunder. From the expansive region of Urzikstan to the compact Resurgence map of Area 99, there’s plenty for newcomers to explore.

When dropping into a match, players often find themselves scavenging for loot to secure the best weapons. However, to stay competitive in the long run, securing a Custom Loadout during the game is essential. Players can customize these Loadouts in the Warzone pre-game lobby, but obtaining them mid-match requires a particular strategy.

How To Get Loadouts in Warzone Battle Royale

Loadout Drops

The first and most straightforward way for players to get their Loadouts in Warzone is to loot a Loadout Drop. Loadout Drops allow players to fully access everything included in their Custom Loadout, from their custom weapon builds to their Perks and Wildcards, making them an ideal way to increase their chances of victory. Loadout Drops will be deployed into the A.O. throughout the match, but they can also be purchased from the Buy Station for $12,500.

Buy Station

how to purchase Primary Loadout Weapons in Warzone

For players looking to get a hold of a custom weapon build but are short on cash, heading to the Buy Station and purchasing one of their Loadout Primary Weapons can tide them over until they have enough cash for a Loadout Drop. Players can purchase any Primary Weapon from their Loadouts at the Buy Station, under the Buy Primary Loadout Weapons section, for a set amount of cash. However, this method will not grant the player access to the rest of their Loadout, such as Perks and Wildcards.

The price of each weapon will vary depending on the number of attachments it has equipped, ranging from
$2,500 for five attachment builds
, and
$6,000 for eight attachment builds.

Supply Crates

Resurgence players can also acquire the Primary Weapons from their Custom Loadouts through Supply Crates, though doing so does require a bit of luck. Unfortunately, just like the previous method, players will not gain access to the rest of their Custom Loadout this way. However, they can still get their hands on preset Perk Packages, equipment, and other valuable loot.

How To Get Loadouts in Plunder

Unlike Battle Royale and Resurgence, players do not need to loot their Custom Loadouts in-game to access them in Plunder. Instead, they can simply select which Loadout they want before and during the match. Paired with the mode’s unlimited respawns, this makes Plunder an excellent way to level up weapons and grind for Mastery Camos, as players can get their loadouts right from the start of a match.
