Mike Tyson was one of EA Sports UFC 5‘s many paid DLC fighters that could be purchased individually via the PlayStation Store or Xbox Store, or by purchasing the game’s Deluxe Edition, which, when pre-ordered, also included other combat sports icons such as Fedor Emelianenko, Muhammad Ali, and three Bruce Lee alter egos.

Following its release in 2023, EA Vancouver has released a steady stream of new updates for EA Sports UFC 5, adding a plethora of new ranked fighters to the game’s roster. To redeem Mike Tyson, who would usually cost $4.19 USD if purchased separately, players simply need to visit either the PlayStation Store or Xbox Store, depending on their platform of choice, and navigate to EA Sports UFC 5‘s DLC section where they will then be able to download and install the DLC fighter for free. Tyson can then be used either locally or in online multiplayer in the game’s Heavyweight division.
