From my own experience, any time I try to launch an Xbox game right now (roughly 3:30pm CST on Wednesday, November 13), I am met with a message that says “There’s a temporary network problem.” The message then adds that there may be a “service outage” and gives me the option to play the game offline. The message is accompanied by error code 0x80832003. Xbox has yet to acknowledge the outage on social media, and currently, the Xbox Status page claims that everything is up and running as it should, even though that’s clearly not the case.
