All Warzone Area 99 Resurgence Map POIs
Call of Duty: Warzone’s Area 99 map introduces 10 new points of interest for players to explore, featuring diverse structures and elevation levels to add some excitement to the Resurgence mode.
Mannequin Assembly
Located in the northern part of Area 99, Mannequin Assembly is a sprawling compound with two connected buildings. Inside, players can explore a mannequin factory, complete with an assembly line and a melting unit. The high ceilings in both buildings provide visibility of nearby POIs, offering strategic rotation points or quick escapes from enemy attacks.
Within the factory, players encounter multiple levels and obstacles, including pools of melted plastic and rows of assembled mannequins, which can obscure the vision of enemy players. Staying on the move is crucial to maintaining control here, as standing still makes you an easy target.
Cooling Towers
Cooling Towers is the main POI in the northern half of Area 99, centrally positioned for easy movement between multiple other points of interest. This location comprises three numbered towers, with Tower 1 providing cover and clear sightlines over the open desert. Towers 2 and 3 are well-placed for controlling enemy exits from the Reactor POI.
In case of an incoming attack, players can dive off the western side of any tower into a deep trench. These lead either south toward the Reactor or north to Mannequin Assembly, providing sneaky paths for players to avoid detection.
Test Site
Test Site is located in the northeastern part of Area 99. This POI is an open desert expanse, challenging players to cross without drawing enemy attention. To increase your chances of survival, it’s best to gear up quickly and move toward a nearby building, as the area leaves you highly exposed, not only to other players at ground level but also to those positioned on elevated vantage points nearby.
Bunker
Positioned directly beneath Test Site, the Bunker POI offers a maze-like layout of narrow hallways and rooms, creating an environment that feels like its own mini-map. With tight spaces and frequent 1v1 encounters, watching corners becomes essential. To exit safely, players can use the stairs or vertical ascenders, though caution is advised to avoid potential ambushes. Quick movement and avoiding getting cornered are key to surviving in this area.
Reactor
Reactor is the central area on the map, packed with action and ideal for high-stakes encounters. This POI offers ample space divided into multiple rooms, providing opportunities for players to gear up and experience vertical gameplay both inside and outside. However, its compact interiors are hotspots for intense confrontations thanks to Reactor’s popularity as a main hub in Area 99. While certain rooms may offer brief respites from the action, all paths inevitably lead back to the fray, leaving players with the choice of engaging nearby enemies after gearing up or attempting to escape to a quieter POI.
The Reactor Room is the most high-risk yet valuable spot within Reactor. Here, players can access the roof for sniper control, offering a vantage point over the area. With various entry points, including hidden tunnels, this room allows players to surprise opponents and gain partial control over the location.

Nuketown Shipping
Nuketown Shipping is located on the western side of Area 99. This POI can be incredibly useful if no enemies are around, but it’s nearly a guaranteed death trap if there are. It features a long, sandy road with plenty of open flanks, perfect for launching attacks or crossing the map, especially with a vehicle. The sand-filled houses can serve as temporary cover if an enemy spots you from the Reactor POI. Due to its lower elevation, you can briefly hide to advance toward the central zone and strike at those waiting for you. The best strategy here is to split your squad to avoid being funneled by enemy players.
Pods
Situated on the western edge of Area 99, the Pods offer an intense POI experience with their compact, interconnected spaces. Featuring multiple levels and close-knit rooms, survival here depends on agile movement — utilizing Omnimovement effectively — and a keen awareness of enemy footsteps and attacks. While the interiors provide some cover, they also limit maneuvering space, making it difficult to adapt quickly under attack. However, its ceilings allow for a broader view to plan escape routes or spot lost enemies. This POI is ideal for quick looting, gearing up, and engaging nearby players.
Manufacturing
Though Reactor may appear bigger, it’s the Manufacturing POI that features the single largest building footprint. Outside, there’s ample space for maneuvering and attacking enemies with minimal exposure, making it a great vantage point for gathering valuable intel to navigate the map. The rooftop has two height levels, both useful for looting and preparing for combat. However, keep in mind that the higher level makes you more visible to enemies.
Inside, the area feels like a dedicated Multiplayer map. The interior offers a spacious combat zone with multiple access points, making it ideal for close-quarters encounters. Be mindful of long-shot angles around corners, and always keep an exit strategy in mind to avoid getting pinned down.

Warehouse
Positioned in the southernmost area of the map, Warehouse features a massive structure with an expansive rooftop, making it an ideal stronghold for controlling this part of the map and potentially reaching the end of a match. Although it offers substantial cover, the rooftop sits at a lower elevation, making it easier for enemies to spot you from higher ground. However, the interior provides ample space for maneuvering and evading attacks, especially when you utilize tactical equipment for defense.
Loading Bay
Like Nuketown Shipping, the Loading Bay POI has minimal structures, many of which are destroyed or buried in sand, providing ample opportunities for tactical play. Taking advantage of the varying heights in the area offers excellent cover from enemies and a commanding view of the southeastern corner of the map. If you suspect you’re being followed, using the ruined buildings as cover is a solid strategy for setting up a surprise attack on your pursuers. This location is versatile, suiting most loadouts and weapon types, but be cautious of snipers who may target you from a distance if you’re too exposed.
