The Marigold Chateau
Among The Flowers
Marigolds are a flower associated with death. In Mexico, marigolds are used to make a path home for the dead on Dia de los Muertos. In general, flowers have a link to the death through funeral flowers and memorials.
The Marigold Chateau is a living and breathing reminder of the link between nature and death. The Marigold Chateau is surrounded by flowers, including tons of marigolds. There is a massive garden in the back, and the house is colored a beautiful marigold yellow. This house is, as its description says, “a cheery place to celebrate life in its many forms”.

The Final Draught
Last Call Open
The Final Draught is a bar located in the Whispering Glen of Ravenwood. Simple and welcoming, it serves as an excellent place to just hang out – be it on a date or during the day. It is less popular than Club Eternity, but more approachable and is perfect for those who want a cool place to hang without the fuss of a nightclub.
One of the greatest things about the Final Draught is that the upstairs functions as a funeral parlor. For those who want a less traditional funeral, the Final Draught is perfect for that ‘last call. Check out the Final Draught – the drinks are to die for.

Mourning Mist Manor
Living In Lilac
Mourningvale is probably the most beautiful sub-neighborhood in Ravenwood. It is bathed in a beautiful lilac light, making everything seem etherial. Mourning Mist Manor is one of the lots located within Mourningvale, and it epitomizes the beauty of this area.
This lot is decoarated in the shades of lilac that defines Mourningvale. It’s a very soothing lot to look at as it seems to radiate an almost sleepy energy. The shades of lilac and lavender invokes a sort of Sleepy Time Tea energy that makes this lot unique. Mourning Mist Manor is built with an attached greenhouse, perfect for those who want to garden all year round.
5
Specter Family Manor
The Infamous Olive Specter
Olive Specter is an iconic Sim for a reason, even if that reason might be a little bit of murder. Allegedly. Either way, her arrival in Ravenwood was one of the selling points of the expansion and her house doesn’t disappoint.

Sometimes, forever is a little too long. Here’s how to break it off with your Sim’s spouse.
The Specter Family Manor is a modern yet classic manor located in the heart of Crow’s Corner. It has a vast estate filled with flowers and graves, which is a nice homage to the original Olive Specter’s garden in The Sims 2. You can find nods to old lore while exploring the grounds, but don’t pry too deeply. You may wind up there permanently.
4
Club Eternity
From Here To Eternity
For those who want to swing with spirits, there’s no better place than Club Eternity. Club Eternity is a nightclub in the Mourningvale district that caters to ghosts – but the living are more than welcome to visit, provided they know how to be cool.
Club Eternity is a super-cool, super-modern nightclub which goes great with it being a club for ghosts. The contrasts give the lot a ton of character, and it gives Sims the chance to interact with the newly revised ghost occult state. Club Eternity is totally dead – in the coolest way.
3
Old Ravenwood Estate
The Ultimate Haunted House
The Old Ravenwood Estate is a lot rich with lore. Initially empty when you load the world, the Old Ravenwood Estate is Ravenwood’s residential creepy house. It’s located in Crow’s Crossing just moments away from village life (and village death).
Filled with broken floorboards and a garden gone wild, this lot is for sale to any Sim with the cash who is brave (or foolish) enough to delve within. This lot is connected to Lady Ravenwood and her mysterious tarot deck, so those curious about that collection may find some answers within. Just be sure that those answers don’t come with a cost.
2
Netherworld Department
Get To Work, Reaper
This is a secret lot only available for Sims in the Reaper career. But what a set. The Netherworld Department is the location Reapers work out of. Grim’s office is upstairs, and there’s plenty of space to get work done.

One perfect date is tricky enough, but are you confident enough to have seven of them in a row?
As one of the headquarters for an interactive career, the Netherworld Department is probably the best of them all. It’s a beautifully aesthetic location filled with shades of blue and green. The floors may have holes in them, but the offices are appropriately macabre. While few Sims may see this place, the Netherworld Department is filled with love and care.
1
Eternal Hollow
The Final Resting Place
When a Sim has their final appointment with the Reaper, when there’s nothing left to do on the bucket list and no ambrosia left to eat, Eternal Hollow is where many of them will go. Eternal Hollow is not only the best lot in Ravenwood, but it is a serious contender for one of the best lots made for the Sims 4.
Eternal Hollow is a serious and solemn place, as fits a cemetery, but life lingers all around. This lot is built to accommodate any needs a funeral might have, from the memorial cannon to the podium. When planning a funeral, Sims need look no further than Eternal Hollow.
