What to Do With Mini-Medals in Dragon Quest 3 Remake
Once you have collected several Mini-Medals, you will want to take them to Mini-Medal Manor in Aliahan. The manor is located at the bottom of the well found in the southeast corner of town. To get to the bottom, simply approach the well and interact when prompted. You will emerge in a new subterranean area beneath the town. Follow the path and you will reach Mini-Medal Manor.
Once inside, approach the counter and speak to the NPC, Morgan Minimann. If you do not have any Mini-Medals when you approach, he will simply explain how everything works. If you do have some medals, they will automatically be turned in, and you will start earning the rewards.
