Having a high Guests Experience rating will also improve the reputation of the park, increasing the park’s rating and thus attracting even more guests. The Guests Experience rating is made up of two parts, Overall Mood and Overall Thoughts Assessment, each rated out of 5 stars.
How To Cater To Guest Needs In Planet Coaster 2
There are 8 Guests Needs in Planet Coaster 2. These are Entertainment, Energy, Hunger, Thirst, Toilet, Nausea, Panic, and Luxury. Knowing exactly what they are and how to provide guests with what they need will help improve the Overall Mood and stop guests from having negative thoughts.
Entertainment
The main selling point of a theme park or water park is Entertainment, so naturally, this is a huge need that must be met.
Guests in queues that are nicely decorated or who have been lucky enough to witness a paid Entertainer’s performance will score better in this rating.
Build Priority Queues to please guests who have the money.
Having a diverse set of rides and attractions, ideally with short, themed queues, should help raise the Entertainment score.
Energy
Making sure guests can recharge their Energy levels is as easy as placing lots of benches throughout the park at regular intervals.
Additionally, the more entertained or happy guests are, the slower their fatigue will fall.

Planet Coaster 2: How to Get Research Points
To unlock new rides, facilities, and attractions, players must spend Research Points. Here’s how to get Research Points in Planet Coaster 2.
Thirst & Hunger
Thirst and Hunger are two separate needs in Planet Coaster 2, but very similar, as players will need to build plenty of food and drink shops, while also placing vending machines.
These should be spread out across the park, but players will also need to make sure to provide a wide variety of products. This is due to the fact that guests have dietary needs or preferences. For example, some guests can’t eat nuts or dairy, and some outlets only sell products that use these ingredients.
Players may also want to consider lowering the prices of food and drink if they spot guests who are hungry or thirsty but are complaining about prices.
Toilet
The Toilet need is fairly simple in Planet Coaster 2, and players will want to make sure they place plenty of Toilet Cubicles spread throughout the park.
Place toilets near ride exits in case guests had a long wait.
Nausea
Rides have Nausea ratings and guests have their own tolerances. If their Nausea rating gets too high, they will become unhappy and perhaps also physically sick.
Janitors are required to clean up sick, otherwise guests will become uncomfortable.
Therefore, it’s best to offer rides with lower Nausea ratings and perhaps put these next to rides with high ratings so that guests have time to stop feeling sick between thrill rides.
Panic
Each ride has a Fear rating, and if this gets too high, some guests will begin to panic. Offering a wide variety of rides, including those with lower Fear values will help prevent Panic buildup.
For water parks, guests can panic in pools where the safety rating is low. This can be improved by placing Lifeguards to cover all angles.
Luxury
When guests are happy or excited, their desire for Luxury items will increase, and this desire can be met by providing a variety of Gift Shops throughout the park.
