How To Increase Aether Shroud Length
There are several Augments players can call upon in order to increase the length of Aether Shroud in Black Ops 6 Zombies. Each Field Upgrade has a total of six Augments which improve its effectiveness alongside the option to make the most of their additional benefits. There are two Augments that improve Aether Shroud length.
The first is the Extension Augment which significantly increases the length of time players spend within the Dark Aether. The second is Void Sheath which injects the melee weapon selected with some Dark Aether energy. Scoring kills with the weapon allows players to remain within the Aether Shroud for longer.
What Is Aether Shroud?
Aether Shroud is a Field Upgrade available in Black Ops 6 Zombies and is one of the strongest players can choose from. The base version hides players from nearby enemies thanks to teleportation into the Dark Aether.
Like other Field Upgrades on offer, there are three Major and Minor Augments players can obtain. Alongside Extension, players can receive quicker reload speeds thanks to the Instant Reload Augment and an increase in max charges with Extra Charge equipped.
In addition to Void Sheath, Burnt Dash gives players the ability to burst forward and eliminate any undead opposition blocking their path. The Group Shroud Augment is just as useful as it cloaks all nearby squadmates from incoming attacks capable of bringing the match to an early end.
