With the release of FFXIV 7.1 there’s a whole load of new rewards and unlockables available for players in Final Fantasy XIV. One of these is the new Adamant Weapon Minion, a miniature recreator of the fearsome Diamond Weapon from the The Cloud Deck and other Final Fantasy games.

How To Unlock The Adamant Weapon Minion in FFXIV

The Adamant Weapon Minion is a level 15 PvP Series reward for Series 7 of the PvP added in patch 7.1. To Unlock this level, you’ll need Series EXP by completing any PvP game type. You’ll get more Series XP for winning, but still some for coming in second (or third depending on the game type.
You’re also rewarded 1,000 Trophy Crystals for every level not containing a reward, which can be exchanged to the Crystal Quartermaster at The Wolves’ Den Pier (X: 4.4, Y: 6.1) for even more rewards.
Still, to get to level 15, we estimate it’ll take you around 10-15 hours. Some players have managed to complete an entire PvP series in a single day, but if you’re not in a hurry, just doing your daily Frontline match should take you around two months. Or just grind it out in a few days!
FFXIV PvP series 7 is set to last until the release of Patch 7.2. With our current FFXIV patch schedule, we estimate that gives you until March 2025, but don’t slack off too much – We’ve all tried to grind out the rewards on the final day of a patch and missed out on something important!
