Fans will also be glad to know that the eagerly awaited Photo Mode is finally coming to Stellar Blade as part of the update. Photo Mode was first revealed back in July, and originally planned for release in August, but it was delayed, which caused some complaints among the Stellar Blade fanbase. The update will also bring four new outfits for Eve, as well as one new accessory. With the update, players will get lip-sync support for six additional languages: French, Spanish, Italian, German, Portuguese, and Latin American Spanish. Other improvements include characterization options, such as removing Eve’s ponytail and some combat tweaks.

Soon before the launch of Sony’s new PS5, Shift Up shared some images of the game running in the new Pro and Pro Max modes, which offered improved resolutions and frame rates. After the next update, it’s unknown if Shift Up will continue to release periodical Stellar Blade updates. Not only is the team working on a PC port for the game, but there are currently rumors that Stellar Blade 2 is in development.
