No matter where you choose to buy Mellow Milk, it will always cost 800 Reeve a piece. When passing through one of those towns early into the game, it’s best to stock up on a few Mellow Milk as you won’t be able to freely buy an infinite supply of the milk until you reach Altabury Heights, which is the fifth major city you visit in the game.

While the Secretest of Secrets may seem like a good option, a party-wide buff-all from the Almighty Golden Stew makes it one of the best buffs in the game, counting other items and even spells. Especially against some of the late-game bosses, it is highly recommended to have as many of these as you can make.
