Call Of Duty: Black Ops 6 Zombies – Terminus Easter Egg Walkthrough
Here is a step-by-step guide to the Terminus main easter egg in Black Ops 6 Zombies.
Today, we’ll be ranking every weapon in BO6 Zombies in a tier list to see which weapons are the best of the best. Wonder weapons, rifles, snipers, and pistols are all included. Pack-A-Punch features and notable synergies are also considered, helping you decide which weapons to bring for high-round matches.
Tier List Rankings Explained
This tier list looks at how effective each Black Ops 6 weapon is in Zombies, focusing on high-round performance (Round 31+). Weapons that perform better in harder rounds are ranked higher. Pack-A-Punch gimmicks, such as the GS45’s explosive rounds, are taken into consideration. As for the tiers:
- S Tier – Best of the best, on par with wonder weapons. These weapons scale exceptionally well in higher rounds.
- A Tier – Strong options. Weapons in this category deal great damage or have excellent utility, although they don’t scale as well as the S-Tier category.
- B Tier – Average. Anything in this tier excels at a particular niche—such as rocket launcher spam—or is a jack-of-all-trades weapon.
- C Tier – Poor. These weapons have ammo issues or struggle to scale past Round 20.
- D Tier – Awful. There’s no reason to use these weapons beyond camo challenges.
We are not ranking melee weapons in this list since they function more as stat sticks. Wonder weapons are all in the highest echelon of weapons in Zombies, so they are ranked in a separate S-tier category.

S-Tier Weapons
These weapons are the best of the best, ideal for pushing high rounds or completing a map’s main easter egg. Since wonder weapons are easily some of BO6’s best weapons, we’ve split this section between wonder weapons and standard ballistic weaponry. There aren’t many weapons in this category, but anything you use from this section is guaranteed to be strong.
Wonder Weapons
Weapon |
Map(s) |
Reasoning |
---|---|---|
Jet Gun |
Liberty Falls |
Infinite ammo and excellent damage scaling. Alt-fire is a Thundergun blast that scales well into higher rounds. |
Ray Gun |
Liberty Falls, Terminus |
Great ammo economy and solid AoE damage. Excels in every category. |
Beamsmasher |
Terminus |
Excellent crowd control weapons with solid DPS. Suffers from poor ammo economy. Alt-fire slows targets, weakening them for your primary beam. |
The Jet Gun received a massive rework in Black Ops 6 and is easily the best weapon for Zombies. Its primary fire lasts much longer, has infinite damage scaling, and cools off quickly when Pack-A-Punched. Its alt-fire mode is effectively a Thundergun blast that surrounds your character, instantly killing zombies at Rounds 40 and beyond.
While not quite as strong, the Ray Gun is still a great weapon this year. It deals excellent damage, covers a small area with each shot, and is incredibly ammo efficient. We find the Beamsmasher to be a little weaker due to its low ammo reserves, but the weapon itself easily deserves an S-tier placement. The alt-fire slows targets and makes their heads glow, significantly increasing the damage they receive from your primary fire.
Loadout Weapons
Weapon |
Pack-A-Punch Gimmick |
Reasoning |
---|---|---|
LR 7.62 |
Fires explosive rounds |
Top five weapons for mobbing, excellent choice for single-target DPS. Shots create an RPG explosion that deals immense damage. |
SVD |
Shotgun hipfire, massive ADS damage buff |
Hipfire handles hordes well, while ADS is perfect for killing special zombies. Only drawback is the weapon’s limited ammo reserves. |
ASG-89 |
Slug-like accuracy while ADS |
Absurd burst DPS if you spam the trigger. ADS allows you to land critical hits with a shotgun, drastically increasing your DPS. |
GS45 |
Fires explosive rounds |
Best mobbing weapon in the game, excluding wonder weapons. PAPs into Mustang and Sally (requires akimbo attachment for two pistols). |
Every weapon in this section has a strong Pack-A-Punch gimmick. The LR 7.62 effectively turns into a bolt-action sniper rifle, while the SVD gains shotgun-like properties while hipfired. The ASG-89 can clear entire hordes of zombies with its massive magazine and fire rate buff, and the GS45 gives you the iconic Mustang and Sally when Pack-A-Punched for some amazing crowd control.

Call Of Duty: Black Ops 6 Zombies – Every Hidden Easter Egg On Liberty Falls
Here’s your go-to list for every hidden easter egg available on Liberty Falls.
A-Tier Weapons
Weapons in this category aren’t quite best-in-class, but they offer a great mix of DPS and general utility. From the fast-firing Frostline sniper to the massive magazine of the PP-919, the weapons in the A-tier category will never let you down in a typical Zombies match. Just don’t expect these weapons to excel past Round 40.
Weapon |
Pack-A-Punch Gimmick |
Reasoning |
---|---|---|
LW3A1 Frostline |
Gun effectively becomes semi-auto |
Fires incredibly fast and has excellent precision damage. Good choice for mobbing and special zombies. |
PP-919 |
Quadruples the magazine size |
Highly mobile weapon with a monstrous magazine size. Mediocre damage for an SMG, but the large magazine more than makes up for it. |
Model L |
N/A |
High precision damage for an AR, especially with a CHF Barrel installed. High end of assault rifle DPS if you can land headshots. |
AEK-973 |
N/A |
Great for mobbing and melting special zombies. Relies heavily on the Rapid Fire attachment to be usable. If it ever gets nerfed, this gun goes down to B-. |
AS VAL |
Triples the magazine size |
Fast-firing AR with SMG-like handling. Large magazine size with extended mags and PAP. Solid all-rounder. |
XM4 |
N/A |
Does a little bit of everything. Great damage, fire rate, and handling. Sometimes struggles with ammo, but is otherwise a great pick. |
AK-74 |
N/A |
High critical damage for an AR, albeit not as high as the Model L. Good ammo economy and overall DPS if you aim for the head. |
B-Tier Weapons
Here’s where we start seeing more niche options. The DM-10 gets a mention since its PAP variant gains a binary trigger, firing the gun when you pull and release the trigger. Hitting max RPM with the weapon becomes trivial, making it a decent option for melting special zombies. Both rocket launchers, the Cigma 28 and HE-1, also get a mention since they can obliterate bosses with certain Gobblegums.
Beyond that, everything else in this category ranges from mediocre to subpar. Nothing in B-tier is inherently bad, but not many of these weapons stand out.

Pack-A-Punch Gimmick |
Reasoning |
---|---|---|
DM-10 |
Binary trigger |
Easy to max RPM due to the binary trigger mechanic. High critical damage and fire rate, ideal for killing special and elite zombies. |
Jackal PDW |
N/A |
Solid SMG that does a little of everything. |
PU-21 |
N/A |
High damage and fire rate, but has some ammo issues in later rounds. Attachments allow you to convert the PU-21 into an assault rifle for more handling. |
C9 |
N/A |
Similar to the Jackal PDW. Trades reload speed for more damage. |
Tsarkov 7.62 |
N/A |
Excellent precision damage, but slow fire rate. |
Cigma 28 |
Larger magazine |
Highest DPS in the game with Free Fire Gobblegum. Obliterates bosses, but is otherwise an average weapon. |
HE-1 |
Larger magazine |
Highest DPS in the game with Free Fire Gobblegum. Obliterates bosses, but is otherwise an average weapon. |
Tanto .22 |
N/A |
High precision damage, but awful range. |
Marine SP |
N/A |
Decent game starter. Great for special zombies, lackluster for hordes. |
XMG |
N/A |
Great DPS held back by the longest reload animation in the game. |
C-Tier Weapons
C-tier weapons have subpar DPS values or awful ammo management, making them inefficient for most loadouts. You can make these weapons work with Pack-A-Punch and rarity upgrades, but the same can be said for any weapon in BO6. Unless you’re doing camo challenges, you’re better off using something else.

Bad ammo economy. |

Poor precision damage for an SMG. |
Goblin MK2 |
N/A |
Semi-auto with mediocre DPS. |
9mm PM |
N/A |
Goblin MK2 but with less range. |
D-Tier Weapons
Don’t bother using these weapons. They all have poor ammo sustain and awful damage output. Only use these weapons to complete camo challenges or unlock attachments for multiplayer.

Kompakt 92 |
N/A |
Awful damage and ammo economy for an SMG. |

Bad in every category. Arguably the worst weapon in BO6 Zombies. |
