She is determined to restore the Eluvian to its former glory, but is willing to do anything to succeed, even if it means endangering herself, making herself vulnerable to demons, and becoming an outcast.

Merrill is another character who can be almost impossible to romance if the player doesn’t agree with her or support her in her decisions, which can be irritating. That being said, she is a genuinely caring elven companion, whose naivety and inexperience with the world outside of her clan make her all the more charming.

4 Davrin (Dragon Age: The Veilguard)
