Damon Victor Allen as Frank Woods
An iconic figure in the Black Ops saga, Frank Woods returns to Black Ops 6, continuing his extensive career after being last seen along with Russell Adler on a mission to stop the infamous Soviet agent Perseus. Woods’s story is marked by a failed mission in Panama, where he was severely injured by Raul Menendez after being deceived into executing his dear friend, Alex Mason. Now, after the Cold War events, Woods takes the lead charge, using his skills and experience to train his own black ops team.
Damon Victor Allen reprises his role as the voice of Frank Woods in BO6, following his portrayal of the character in Black Ops Cold War and Call of Duty: Mobile. Allen is also known for his performances in the TV series Perry Mason and Flipped.
Bruce Thomas as Russell Adler
Russell Adler has a long and complex history, often serving as the go-to operative for the CIA’s most challenging and covert assignments. Cold-headed and highly strategic, Adler joined the CIA and took part in several historical and secretive operations, including Project MK-Ultra. Following the disastrous mission in Panama, he was framed as a mole and marked as a person of interest by the CIA, resulting in a capture-or-kill order against him. This forced him to operate from the shadows along with Frank Woods and his team, evading agency scrutiny while continuing his work.
Bruce Thomas returns as the voice of Russell Adler in Black Ops 6, continuing his portrayal from Black Ops Cold War and Call of Duty: Mobile. A seasoned voice actor in the gaming industry, Thomas is also known for voicing Master Chief in Halo and has contributed to titles like Starfield, and Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, among a ton of others. Originally taken in by the Avalon Crime Faction’s Guild, Sev was trained by the crime family to become an expert in assassination and espionage. However, after being betrayed by her adoptive family, she struck out on her own as an independent assassin, channeling her skills into a vendetta against the Avalon Crime Faction. Her journey eventually led her to the CIA’s European division, where she uses her exceptional talent for hunting elusive targets.
Sevati Dumas is voiced by Karen David, who previously contributed to the Call of Duty series as the voice of Darine in Modern Warfare (2019). David’s work spans other video games, including Dead Rising 4, and she is widely recognized for her roles in television series such as Fear the Walking Dead, Once Upon a Time, Galavant, and Barry.

Felix Neumann is the team’s tech expert, responsible for supplying the squad with the equipment needed to complete their missions. Recruited and trained by the Stasi, Neumann spent several years working within the organization before betraying them by selling state secrets to West Germany and its allies. His actions eventually led to his escape from East Germany. After successfully fleeing to the West, Neumann used his technological expertise and inventions to provide services to the criminal underworlds across Europe.
Although Felix Neumann’s character has a German accent, it’s American actor Seamus Dever who brings him to life. Dever has prior experience in the video game industry, including his role in Far Cry 5, and has also made notable appearances in popular TV series like Castle, and Titans, and films such as Hollywoodland.
Dawn Olivieri as Jane Harrow

During the first mission in Kuwait, she played a key role when Adler’s actions put everyone in trouble with SAD Deputy Director Daniel Livingstone. While the mission’s failure resulted in her team being suspended, Harrow herself managed to avoid suspension and maintained an association with Frank Woods and his protégé Troy Marshall, working behind the scenes at the CIA to support them with their rogue missions.
